That's my usual increase but the prize for the last 2 events for me have been a bit meh! So I just grab a box open it get another one (using the free option no cash spent) got 5 this time and 7 last time. There's no pressure no openings every hour for 6 days, no sleepless nights I barely look in the event thread (unless like now I'm teasing Flan) so I'm loving the eventless life.

Until they make a game changing unit then I'll be on the NoDoze for a week!!!

I play quite a lot and my defence is not bad for a free player and I never got close to a 100k as Im upgrading or building something. I have just 3 money buildings, 1 boost and 1 unit building left now.

You just need to pick the right buildings to upgrade. I got all the buildings built for my lvl including the defence ones. By th time the upgrade finishes I'll be back over 300k.

My next mission then is to get my brothels so will be going up thru the levels quick again and I want to upgrade those bad boys so time to earn some more coin.

Hey Bronson! I've just visited and couldnt see anything apart that you have both bazaar at level 10. Soon your defence will be higher than mine because of high priests but at the moment is lower than mine. On top of that I did so much pvp between level 10 and 20 to give me an advantage over other players. How long does it take for you to get 280k? You didn't worry that was a lot unvoulted gold?

Close on exactly the same but with a few little tweaks here and there. You can use the exact same strategy as MW but your starting from lvl 1 so you won't make any school boy errors and should be one of the best on your level.

I feel like speed ump where I am and can go down the rivals list blind attacking everyone if I wanted its great!!!

What are the stats of the best loot armor/weapon? I've been buying the hawkslayer leather (armor) 10/25 but it's 14k and heavy battle axe (weapon) 21/14 at 20k...Pricey!

...that's the down side to my strategy.
about 5-10% is high stat equip, 70-75% has avg. stats and the remainder is cr4p stats... i try to make sure that i don't use 10-15% of my equip in battle... and... i do very little pvp... hint, hint on strategy... ;p

@HK when I started KA I met Ghost818... He is the bomb and it sounds like you need to go to your furthest map open and farm for loot. Bronson and I were talking about this earlier and it is still working for him... Then when you get the best you can go back and farm at lower maps that you beat the monsters with one hit. His sticky on it is on target to be the best. This game he was a free player. Unlike his CC acct.

Probably about a week. I have been hovering around this mark for a while but still spending cash on upgrades and my vault. When I cash it all in tomorrow I will time how long it takes me to hit 250k.

@Jho - the 2 biggest differences between KA and MW for me were:
Understanding that each ally in my army needed to be outfitted with 1 each: unit, weapon and armor (3 items not 1 per ally). Click on the "i" icon on your profile in the A/D section. It'll show you if you are fully equipped.

Understanding how Hero points worked. They are used in PvE. Here's the theory:

Hero Attack Score ("HAS") = Hero Armor Attack + Hero Weapon Attack + Hero Skill Points

For example, with 25 Hero Skill Points and best Hero Weapon of 23A/14D and best Hero Armor of 10A/25D, your HAS (adding all of the attack values= 25 + 23 + 10 = 58

So if you attack a monster that has x Hit Points ("HP"), then this attack - with a random element - is applied against the monster. Usually 75% of your HAS is the realized attack.

#Hits to kill a monster = monster's HP / (0.75 * HAS)

So continuing with this example, to take out a monster with 100 HP = 100 / (0.75*58) = 2.29 hits (3 hits when rounded up). To improve your monster kill rate to 2 hits, you will need to increase Hero Points or get a stronger Hero Weapon or get a stronger Hero Armor (focusing on attack value).

(Kudos to Freekizh for explaining HAS to me! I confirmed this with support and it's valid.)

Before finding the forum I saw the capacity to make so much money and free loot from STR and am glad I focused on it. I have also finished the first 7 maps to level 5 as well. I've been playing now just under 60 days and am doing well I think. I have only recently since winning the Hydra, arcane defender and the Devil Warlord ( no gold guys on the events) started increasing my stamina from 9-10 and my attack from 35 to now. I have started buying up at least 40 of every army and hero weapon and armour to flesh out gaps as my ally amount grows. I find I am losing 2-3 units a PvP nearly every time even against armies with over 8000 less defense than my attack and that 90% of the time I lose all low cas rate units (especially manticores and paladins!? over my medium and high cas rate units which never seem to die at all!) I went PvP for the extra 40% honor and now have over 20 cannons within a week!

When it comes to LE units. I just like the infantry looking ones better,there usually cooler looking. So I wanted the ASSAULT JUMPER that is in the crates. I only care for the assault jumper,and I figure my best odds of getting one is to buy the single crate. First crate. Common. Jungle hunter. Second crate . Common. Jungle hunter. Third crate. Common. US replicates them as crappy cheap ass US GTR's which are weak cars using the Monaro body type but not their engines or insides... like taking a Ferrari and putting a VW golf Engine in it and the interior of a grey import.

...sorry, but i don't remember what was considered a decent a/d stat at that level. it sounds low, though... camp??? no, wouldn't recommend that at lvl 11 in ka... that game actually works better moving pretty fast in the first 20 or so levels...

keep tabs on rivals. do a little comparison to their stats... calculate your unit density for att/def and see how that stacks up against the stats of the units you are able to buy atm... make sure you have equipment for every unit you use in battle...

and, i found that running with low levels of allies in ka as a free player put me at a higher risk of losing battles from other attackers...
