Why is mono element worse than dual? It seems to me while dual has double the crit chance, it also has double the chance to get critted so it is a wash.

- only single element guild bonus instead of double
- there's no boss to which it can do 200% damage

Honestly, it is a wash. I put together a table recently where I was comparing the bonus of every type of armor vs every other type. It is consistently a wash. There is no "best" armor element type, such as mono or adjacent dual element or dual element non-adjacent. I actually expected to find that the non-adjacents were worse off.

Interesting. So according to your research the often quoted "non-adjacent is better in the arena" isn't true.
Since adjacent stays the best for epic bosses, I guess if one has the choice between leveling multiple armors of similar stats, the adjacent element one will usually be the best choice.

You can get them with Golden Keys in the Enchanted Chest. It's a painfully long process. Those armors are also outdated, so you probably shouldn't waste your time/money/energy on getting them.

There is a good write up that is stickies that I used which has all the big 4 fusing. Also I think it is on THE SPREADSHEET, the only one that everyone uses...

I have maxed my big 4 and also maxing the bigger 4 except, roc as I have sg and spectral as its weak.
Was wondering what is next? Also debating whether to go for another infernal or dp armor?

Thanks, like u say not worth it unless you get a lot of golden keys..... Was hoping of a black rein so I can get the achievement...what's after the bigger 4 then? Epic monster armor?

Yup. Unlock the + versions and upgrade those! When your non+ versions are 35 and your + is unlocked, fusing the non+ 35 is usually the next step if you want to gamble with that to try to get a 5-star Epic armor

The area your armors are most effective . Since equipment is a large factor on which areas you can farm for exp better.

But I would assume the areas with the Bigger 4 armors are the best. So any of those will do fine depending on which armor you have.
