I lost all my rings & amulets in February. Received an auto response. Tried to get status & found out they had closed my ticket as solved. Never received that info from support. Tried to follow up & was given a new ticket #. Received another reply telling me I shouldn't have started another ticket to follow up on the first one. Checked & the new one is also closed as solved. No items back, no reimbursement for gems spent & no further replies from them. THEN they sent me a survey to rate their support service. How do you think I rated them??
