Don't rush to it. Take it slow, do boss events. And when your ready to level a bit then Do Them. You rush to level up for them you'll only struggle in the long run

Myself and a good frind started playing CC about three months ago. We joined a Top 1000 Syn:

In the last two battles, he put up 310k ip and I put up 290k ip. The closest guy to us put up 18k. This time around we finished Top 400.

My Question:

The Leader open to make cuts and recruit, should we recruit some beasts to help pad my buddy and me, start our own syn or join a Top tier? Not sure my stats are worthy of a top tier though.

Go join a higher ranked syndicate, in the top 50-75 or something. You're not going to find any one else at your syndicate's level (Top 1000 or whatever) that spends as much as you and your buddy do. You're best off in a syndicate where everyone is willing to put up as much IP as you (or more), as you get much better items for the same amount of gold. A really great syndicate would actually scout targets for you (using their stronger players to find you weak targets to hit) so you can unload some gold on them.

The correct answer is bank when you lose more to attacks then you would by paying the fee.

At lower levels, you aren't constantly attacked every 2 hours, like you may be at L200+. So, even though you may not be invincible at your level, the number of attacks you get might be low enough for you not to bank....

If you think it's close, run a test for a couple of days and see how much you lose to attacks.

I believe it's 15 expansions in each direction. Though it's too late for you now, you'd maximize your hoods area per cost by alternating the directions of your expansions.

He means that the closer your hood is to square, the more total area you have. Therefore, to fit in the most buildings, expand equally in both directions.

When i started upgrading my other pagoda to 4 aswell i later noticed that my IPH has now dipped by around 70k

Do the IPH in your information tab take away the buildings currently under upgrade from the IPH amount?

I believe that that is your problem- you should see the iph shoot back up after the pagoda is done. I would recommend continuing to upgrade the pagodas too because they are awesome buildings!!

Its a 5 day event so 120 hours at 1 per hour and i finished it with 64 hours left so.

120 - 64 = 56 cases

so id have to collect 10 envelopes and 8 riot gear pieces thats 18 so

56 cases -18 items = 38 BLNT

so ive opened 56 cases and hit 18 times and missed 38 times if i opened one on the hour every hour. But i do sleep so its probably less then that. And i did hit double on a couple of the riot gears. I guess i got really lucky this case event. :D

Id probably put my total case count at around 30-35 factoring sleep and a couple hours not getting it on time plus doubles. Still 50%+ hit percent is insanely lucky ive never gotten it this good on case events. The last case event where you needed 20 i didnt even hit 10 and i was on it like i was this one. lol.

A lot of forums cut down the number of times that automated process are run, such as changing user permissions based on post count. It cuts down on bandwidth slightly. However, with your last two posts being 30 minutes apart, it should have refreshed by now. Maybe they just don't like you. Lol jk - hopefully it goes through soon.

People tell anyone under level 100 to do nothing but boss events so you can beat the boss. Not to say it's impossible, but you won't be able to beat the level 50 boss with your current stats, sorry. Go as far as you can in boss events, but I think it's foolish to sit out on all of these LTQ's and other events (with pretty decent prizes) while twiddling your thumbs so you can beat maybe 20 or so bosses. Just my .02.

I had around those stats when i was about his lvl with full mafia about a month ago, now my stats are around 75k/90k. If i didnt do all the useless missions when i was a noob and knew what i was doing i probably would be around 40 levels lower with 30k+ more stats

To give you an idea my L14 account w/ 70 mafia has 26k/31k stats with $95k/hr income.

A few weeks ago, GREE messed up with prizes and awarded them in reverse order (best prize went to accomplishing L1)..Here's were the top 5 prizes...

Level 1 - Street Incinerator - Explosive 3932/2500
Level 2 - Ringleader Jacket - Armor 2530/3505
Level 3 - Mayhem Mobile Car 2341/1970
Level 4 - Chinatown Underbelly Hood 1431/2100
Level 5 - Executive Coupe (30% Upgrade Reduction) 1463/1185

So, if you missed out on these, you may be a bit behind other players who took advantage of this screwup.

1) laundromats, T-shirt stand, electronic factories, limited buildings, and some others give 1xp below level 8. Just focus on those.
2) no need to farm below level 100, just stick with boss events and you can get a good supply.

Guarantee you that if you were on my feed, I would rob you, no matter how timely your collections are. :) I had my 24-hours robbed last PvP when I had a ton of people camping out in my hood because I was big points, even though I was actually sitting in my hood waiting for my 24-hour buildings to come up for collection when it happened.

It's 50 bullets. If you only have room for 49 or less, the bar just fills up.

On droid the numbers are cut off so we don't get to see them.

Can't see the names of some items (still can't remember what the "Semi-Automatic..." is, other than I remember it was the prize for 10 items in a collect-20), the stats of big items get cut off (e.g. "Silent Justice 4../511", "Street Justice Rifle 15../19.."), and digits are truncated on the attack screen.

I'm in a top25 syndicate, my stats are 581k / 591k. And I still use over 350 of The Last Call (25 / 18)...so Doomsday Frags (100 / 40) are a very nice addition to my weapons and will be used by me for some time....

If you are in a top syndicate, your stats are high because of a very few number of high-stat weapons...for most of us, our 500th item (actually our 250th item) isn't any stronger then someone with half our stats.

For example...just my top 15 explosives give me stats of 36k / 28k....and my top 20 guns give me attack of over 60k.

I believe you can still farm other items not in the LTQ. At the start of the event, I hit the wrong job on East Side and a Grease Gun popped out, so I don't see why not.

I doubt the new LTQ loot is here to stay, though, but that's only a guess.

This is incorrect. You get 50% of the last upgrade cost you paid. For example, assuming no bonuses or modifiers, suppose you had a Level 2 Nightclub ($40mil to building, $66 mil to upgrade to level 2, $106mil total). If you were to sell the L2 NC, you get 50% of the L2 upgrade cost ($66mil) back, meaning ~$33mil, NOT $53mil.

The only place I believe you can find cost for bonuses is if your the syndicate leader, I'm a officer of my syndicate and I don't see prices on that stuff.. I hope this helps.. Add 552 890 308 :cool:

I've just completed the 50 million hood expansion. And to my annoyance it's added it to the wrong side. I 100% pressed the correct option as i wanted the expansion on the bottom (portrait) side as it would give me space for a couple more buildings. Nope. I have Android too, and don't think you can fix this. You can usually tell from context (e.g. if you have 20k attack and lose to "504---" you know it's 50.4k, and if you win, it's 5.4k), or by looking at their top items. It's annoying, but I've never been in a situation where I couldn't figure it out and I've gone from debating 3/4 digits, 4/5 digits, 5/6 digits, and currently 6/7 digits. If for some reason I can't tell whether someone is 100k or 1mil, you just look at the top few items, as there will be a marked difference in the types of items someone with 1mil stats would have compared to someone with 100k.

Early on it helped for me to set text settings to very small .. I also could not read the forum bc off the it. When set to very small I can see 3 lines of tekst in the forum, and 6 digits on fight screens.

Becouse if i used to win against a rival who's like 50 level higher than mine i got between 400-550 points (we have 3/5 bonusses unlocked for IP). This time points look like theh came outta nothing...for the same rival i get one win 230 and the other win 440 IP. Thats a big difference...

They're wrong. It's technically possible to outfit your mafia with just 1 type of item per category. I've been using 225 of the same item for months now.

Because the time on your device has changed relative to time on server (most likely a result of you manually changing when going to a new time zone) your hood has been nerfed - it's a response to people cheating. Other posters on the forum have indicated that sending tickets about this item can't get it resolved, as yet.

It depends what you mean by "powerful". If you want 100k stats, then yes you can easily get them using events and completely ignoring your hood. If you want to be powerful relative to your rivals, however, you'll sooner or later want to get LTBs upgraded.
Also, as a new player any (legitimate) syndicate you join will more than likely require donations in order to purchase syndicate upgrades.

What level are you?

If you are above L70, I'd say build 2 upscales, get your Lofts to L5, MTs to L7, then you will be able to save for a NC in no time....

If you have the space, and are only looking at 12 / 24 / 48...Internet Company, Magic Playhouse are ok, but are definitely not priorities...and if you will be able to collect 6 hrs, Comedy Clubs are ok, but again, not a priority...I build these type of buildings, when I have time and space to do so...they pay for themselves quickly (15-25 days) so, it's not a waste of money, and I feel every bit helps, especially when you are in the beginning stages of buildings your income...But definitely focus on the above buildings first, as they will build your IpH the fastest...

or yeah, and Crematoriums, look ok at L1, but because of their long upgrade times, you might take them to L2 or L3 eventually, but will probably never progress any further then that, so these are low priority buildings...

And always be upgrading something...even if it's a house or t-shirt stand or whatever...

In recruitment threads you'll often see something like 1k per lvl as a requirement. That's still not very good though. I'm lvl 72 with 98k/110k and not among the strongest players at the level by far. My 2nd account is lvl 32 with 53k/57k which is among the better ones there.

Judging rating per level has lots of downside, among other things because the exp. points you can gain per level go up per level. So, judging it as attack points per experience point works better. I'd say 1 point per exp point is pretty solid (but still not great). There has been stat inflation as well, so you might want to bump that up. There's also a point in the game, where the ratio isn't important anymore, but it's just about stats. I don't know where that is, as I've not reached that point, but at the highest levels, that's definitely the case. At that moment, I think you'll just do anything to increase your stats and don't worry about the experience points.

on my main account of my $11.4m IpH, $4m/hr (35%) comes from buildings other then NCs or LTBs

Do you know what's a waste? Not always having something upgrading...if you only have the top 10-12 buildings, then you can't always be upgrading, that's a waste of time...is one upgrade of a crematorium or an underboss house, gonna be a game changer, no, but over time, you will do these smaller upgrades while saving for the larger ones and it could ultimately add hundreds of thousands (if not millions) to your IpH

Agreed...definitely no need to target...but if the choice is to either just save or upgrade something small while saving, I don't see how the small upgrades are a bad thing...

I recently upgraded an underboss house to L5, it adds just 5k to my IpH, but that's still another 120k/day or $3.6m a month. So, I see that as better then not upgrading and purely saving.

I definitely didn't target it, but I wanted to save a little bit more before the next LTB and this was my best/very cheap upgrade that would finish at the right time for me, so I did it.

I take it as read that upgrades are always happening.

At 11mil IPH you shouldn't need to be upgrading anything I didn't mention, even when you are saving.

Sorry, I figured you meant that, and probably shouldn't have quoted you, I was referring to a couple of previous posts, where they call very cheap upgrades worthless....

You are right, that almost all of my current upgrades are 'save' upgrades. But, I depleted all my funds after the last LTB, and left me with only a few days to save and I like to have at least $1B on hand before the next LTB starts, so even a cheap $100m 'save' upgrade wasn't right for me at the time....that's why I chose Underboss House...

As an aside, I think this one I'm gonna cut short at L6 and do some of the 'save' upgrades you are talking about...getting the other LTB to level 5 or so (Toy Box, Shiner, Savings) Pagoda's are already L8. This way I'll boost my income very nicely (hopefully to around $12.5m+/hr) and have a nice kitty to start the next LTB.

I see your point, but I'm in a slightly different boat then you, I'm about $5m/hr lower and I only have one 30% upgrade discount...

I still put a little more weight on ROI, because I still have to save for the best $$/Hr/Hr upgrades, but $$/Hr/Hr is still very important...and if I had another 30% discount + another $5m IpH, I'd probably point even more importance on it, because finding ways to save up for the best $$/Hr/Hr upgrades becomes almost irrelevant. Since, they are almost all 'save' upgrades with those 2 30% discounts stacked and addt'l income.

To clarify what I mean by more weight on ROI...

I have these 2 similar upgrades to do:

Shiner Still to L4 - ROI - 80 / $$/Hr/Hr - 3,254
No Interest to L2 - ROI - 57 / $$/Hr/Hr - 3,055

Given these 2 upgrades, Shiner Still is the best upgrade based on time, while No Interest Savings is better ROI...disregarding No Interests great higher level upgrades, I'd still choose No Interest first right now.

Well clearly there is a difference of opinions....

I find some of these buildings are very good secondary/tertiary upgrades...they will never be a priority and will probably hang around L2-L5 forever, but I still think they can be useful. I just think you always want to be upgrading, and if you focus exclusively on the top10-12 buildings, you can't accomplish this.

This is great point...for anyone who uses spreadsheets for their economy it's very simple to adjust your collection. If you only collect 2.4 NCs / day, put it a collection time of 10 hrs or enter 60% of the income. If you are only going to collect this building 1 day robbed, then 3 days clean, then let it sit and collect robbed at night again. That's 3.4 over 4 days (or 4.8 collections). So if you can do this that's still (3.4 / 4.8) 70% of the income you are collecting, that's better then the 60% many do with NCs....

I got a problem with people who cheats and harass you, The story goes I get robbed by the same person and he said add me to your mob list so you wont get robbed, I add him, few hours later he robbed me again I looked at empire times-News it shows he robbed me and I looked at my Mob friend list it shows he still in my mob friends list, and hour later he robbed me again! he still on friend list! If he wants to Rob me he has to remove me off the Mob friend list in order to rob me, How he get back on the list it would have to show Request on menu to accept him as a friend somehow he found a way to bypass this!?? I send a message to Gree that somehow he cheated and dont play fairly, He needs to be banned for like in the world of sports saying Unsportsmanlike Conduct. I kept him in my mob to show gree the evidence! Somehow he harassed me and he somehow cheated! If people cant play fairly they need to be banned!

you can attack/rob people in your mafia, only people you can't attack/rob are peeps in your syndicate. Have you tried buying henchmen to beef up your stats?

He doesn't cheat. You can still find people in your rivals list regardless if they're in your mafia or not. I like to have those people I rob in my mafia as well, I can keep tabs on them and update my robbing list. It's very sportsmanlike, as the game is called crime city. I get guys like you all the time; I rob them and they talk about 'harassing'. I don't know what game you are playing, but I and some other fervent robbers play another game.

I think it's the best building in the game because of my future upgrade options, based on dIPH/t, 7 of the top 10 are bank upgrades. The other 3 are the 9-10 upgrades for NC, Pagoda and Still.

Even at 100% rob rate it's only marginally worse than Pagoda. If you can't collect this at least every second day then there's something wrong.

For the record I get robbed plenty. ;)

You don't have to do anything. People on your mafia turn up on your rivals list. You can attack and rob them when they do. You cannot, however, attack and rob from your mafia list.

I wanted to ask if they are okay? And how can I get a significant boost to make me better, what ways can I do this and how easy is it??
Plus should I stop leveling up to increase stats or keep leveling?
