Currently I will not fusing armor, it may waste more money than expect, but I'm lucky, only fuse twice and get Infernal.

no point fusing for infernal since you can eventually craft it. If you want to waste stones at least waste them on things you cant get, like skyguardian or storm sorceror. And dont expect anything out of fuzing, dont know why people expect some good results when the chance of getting a 3 star is so low. Just fuse armors to get rid of armor you dont want to make space and dont expect anything, and if you do get something its anice surprise while you work on farming things that you for sure can get (swamp shaman+, infernal+ and dark prince+, 3 of the best armors that you can just farm slowly).

I swear that gree has now nerfed the rate of silver keys and fusion stones from bosses because I have been farming Skeletons Tomb now for about 70 times and no key or fusion stone drops.

Maybe gree did nerf that, but you can still get many as you farm enough.

I would recommend you to try fusion with + version armor. I've used Living flame + version and Crius and gained Infernal Lord.

My first 5-7 were pure + versions, got tired of farming mats so started fusing for living flame and Crius and still nothing. Tried different armours with the same element as well or just required elements and nada. I just think GREE doesn't want me to get infernal before I can craft it.

It is the one of the best armor, but you need to level it up to the lv20 to unlock the +version, that will be much stronger than the regular version.
Currently the sky guardian get its +version, you may get a little chance from opening dark prince chest, from fusion you can only get the normal version. Thus I would not recommend you to fusion this first, wait and see is there any other alternative.

Is there a reason why is sky guardian so popular?? It's not really that good, though of the high stats, many people have fire armors, is not that good looking, really girly, and also we got infernal lord...

The reason why it does not seem so good may be partially due to the current meta game where fire armors are pretty rampant. However, as far as raw stats go, sky guardian is definitely one of the best armors. Regarding looks, I guess its pretty subjective. Some people like it while some people don't.

Alright thanks. I guess then is a solid bet to have water armors. Which would be the least common of the elements that people use?? I've seen lots of fire, spirit and earth. Water and wind armors are not that mainstream from my area battles.

You might be surprised to find that there are a decent amount of water armors out there like hydra, atlantean, hydromancer and swamp shamans. However, you should also watch out for air armors which are quite commonly used by mid level players (Wurm, Atlantean, Flowstone, Crius)

This is the first time I have heard of getting a single element as a a fusion result. Also it shows on the spreadsheet as craftable from ruby shards is ruby plate mail an old boss armor?

I currently holding 2 lv1 Spectral Captain Uniform + version, (for finishing quest, only need one, but bugs occured, so craft another...), no decide to level them up, so plan to fuse. May try fuse with Barbarian and Infernal lord separately. Hope one of them may get the starmetal:)

But personally I do not believe that the level will influence the results. I gain my Infernal Lord by using both lv1 armors.

you need to fuse to gain the barbarian first (base on luck), once gain, you will unlock it and can use 50 dragon scales to craft one barbarian gear armor.

Yep. I believe that other two dual irrelevant armours may still get a chance to gain starmetal, but since barbarian is so special, there is another possible by only gaining the starmetal in this only way of fusion, besides this way, I have no hear other success cases.

It's more or less depends on your luck, there's no definite way. You could always try living flame and crius if you want to try something different.

Turn your ipad upside down 5 times quickly when you press the fuze button, then close your eyes and jump as high as you can, you will get it guaranteed. Also the fuze must be done only on sundays, at exactly, 3.51 am

In my opinion, the armor fusion should follow the principles, such as lv70=lv70+lv70 or lv70+lv50 or lv50+lv50 but if you used two lv30 armors, that will not get the lv70 armor, even there is a chance (I highly doubt that, may be there is no chance), but it is quite low. Your experience may prove that two lv30 armor may never get the lv70 armor.
What you should do is try Living Flame+Crius, this combination can gain many different results, if you are lucky, you can gain Infernal Lord, Barbarian or Sky guardian, otherwise you may gain Molton Shound or worse. But this is worthwhile to try.
We should know that good things come tough and bad results come easy, that's why you may use two lv70 armors but gain a lv50 armor, but you will never get lv70 armor by using two lv30 armors.
Anyway, best of luck.

I did not realise before that the Hydra armor is quite useful to against this boss, I can easily hire two friends who with max Hydra to farm the boss with me, which helps me pass though many stages easily. Few days before I hire friends to help me farm Jewis Evil material but ignore the weekly boss, thankfully I catch the chance, not too late now. Hope we can gain armor in the nearly days, and I do believe this will overcome dark prince armor from both attack and defense, except the looking... :)

Yeah, the hydra hunter+ seems to be a good substitute for the nemesis. I guess the armor doesn't look too bad, I actually prefer the look over the dark prince's armor. The dark prince's armor's a little too flashy for me haha. Level 41 now!

Great, this armor did look nice, feel more powerful like a general, the dark prince armor may give more fear and threat to enemy. I will reach to 40 stage today too, tomorrow we may get enough material for crafting the + version, I now crafting for the normal version for saving some time. Later today, I need to hire your knight to fight the boss :) Good luck for both of us:)

Glad to hear that we both reached the goal:) I believe this armor in some degree has already overcome the dark prince armor (due to its highest attack and slightly lower defense compare to other armor), the new armor just made this characteristic more over, new highest attack, a slightly lower defense than dark prince, glad to see that. By the way, 850 is still pretty good and overcome most armors, and the best way of defense is attack!! And I pretty like massive attack.
On the other side, I'm happy to see the defense is not overcome the dark prince, which can see the Gree starting focus on the balance, not continuing produce many armors like the Sky Guardian+, otherwise those old armors may lose their capacity of competition.
Anyway, congrats that we both achieved the goal again:)

There is a pity that the Swamp Shaman Robe no longer be the highest defense armor, has been overcame by the seeming imbalance Sky Guardian+ (although it can be dominated by other great armor with elements, but from the stats it is far higher than every other armors).
I can see why people say the best three armors, Dark prince with highest attack (1120 former highest), Swamp shaman robe, on the contrary with highest defense (same 1120, former highest again:(.)and the average both 1000+ Infernal Lord.

Im pretty certain we haven't seen the last of the weekly boss armors being stronger than the main game armors. Personally, Swamp Shaman is one of my favorite armors so far because its survivability is so ideal for farming and staging. It does decently in the arenas too considering the number of crius, hydra, atlanteans and living flames I run into.

Yep, even for now, I still fancy the looking of Spectral Captain Uniform.
I got my first Spectral from the enhanced chest, that really gives lots of helps.
But when I leveling up and check with the datasheet, I found that incredible low...
So I think this one need to be replaced by the new boss armor, maybe next week or maybe later.
However, this can still be the material for fusing Starmetal, I do have a interest for testing the real power of the Starmetal+ in the arena, and I believe that is quite good, not others said that so poor.

With more weekly armors (2 in fact due to raid armor and nemesis), where does this leave a player who wants to be a collector? Fusion is always risky business so its difficult to give advice in that area. Possible alternatives for the space constraints might include storing armors as stacks instead of individually or perhaps some form of storage expansion.

maybe have unworn unenhanced armor be packaged and when you use it or enhance it it is unpackaged and have the packages stackable. As what takes up most of my slots is snakes and other junk for enhancing.

I understand your post.
For the +version, there are two kinds, one is craftable, you can unlock the +version by upgrading the regular version, another one is un-craftable, which means you cannot gain by craft material, you can only gain by opening dark prince chest.
If the armor you own is craftable, then you just upgrade the armor and unlock its +version, then farm the material to craft. If the armor you owned cannot be craft, only can be gained by fusing, then you will never gain its +version unless you spend gems to open the dark prince chest (depends on luck, mostly you may not gain what you want).

There's only so much we know about fusing. Basically as long as you have the right combination of elements, in this case spirit and wind, there's a chance to craft the armor. So yes, you should have a chance to craft the sky guardian.

Alright, I will try that then. I tried 9 times living flame + Crius. 7 times living flame + atlantean. 9 times chimera + Atlantean. some couple of times wavecharm + crius..... the only air/spirit I got is excorcist and one time roc feathers :(

The Ruby Plate Mail ends up with: ATK 798 DEF 581
The Ruby Plate Mail+ ends up with: ATK 1038 DEF 744

So not great but the mono elemental armours can be easily utilized as they only have one element you have to think about.

I do not recommend you now chase for this armor...
although it is the former one of the 5 best armors, but now, it becomes normal.
If you develop well and farm more boss, you will gain more surprises.
Like you pass the 60 stages and gain the 5 black key and 18 gold keys for total, you will have chance to get nemesis for farming next boss, or even lucky to gain the Sky Guardian+ or Wicked Wrath+, which are much better than sky guardian.
You can see the week boss armor are better than former best armor like dark prince and swamp, these will become the history, so no need to chase the normal sky guardian.
The only few armors which I may worth to try is barbarian and starmetal, otherwise are worse than boss armor, unless you are a collector.

I've tried for sky guardian about 3 times now, i find it pretty funny how...Every single time, i've used a 3 star craftable, and a 4 star boss craftable, both armour sets having the right combinations of wind and spirit and a mix of one to two other elements yet, each time i've fused, i've gotten 2 star armours in return. Yea? F u too fusion system, F U 2.

Stars is not the only factor to judge the quality of armor.
Many two stars armors are dominated by the Hydra armor etc.
The best armor are not to get by fusion, but by crafting and opening dark prince chest.

For a start, you might wanna get those 1 gold star craftable armors because you can unlock their + versions. Up to now, 2 star armors are still pretty weak and you can't really unlock their + versions. The only main advantage it has is that it grants more enhancement points. Hopefully a major sweep or update in the future will help to rebalance all the armors in the game.

Fusion stone is a random drop from bosses. You will get it naturally when you farm for enhancement materials. The elements of these armors will tell you what elemental materials to farm for.

Regalia is one of my favorite armor with highest attack, I should max it out tomorrow maybe. Hope you can max it out too in the nearly future:)

rather than spend 12 gems to regen. Spend 10 and buy 10 boss energy. the only drawback is if you are using frends u have to pick new ones. One thing I do to conserve energy is use only one or 2 of my knights and both friends.

You could still get many other armors like the atlantean avenger, exorcist vestments, Hydra hunter, rageborne raiment and many other combinations or fire/spirit, fire/water, wind/spirit and wind/water. It doesn't guarantee a level 70 armor.

all results are random. living flame and crius seems to be the most commonly used armors to get sky gaurdian but you can end up with anything that has the fire,spirit,air,earth combo's

There isn't a definite way to get the armor. Fusing is random. As long as you get the elements right you'll have a chance at fusing the armor.

Dude, your formula is right, just you are not lucky enough.
If you prepare 10 Crius and 10 living flame, I would say you may get one sky guardian.
By the way, I would not upgrade the sky guardian even I have one. There is a sky guardian plus...

You may have a try, but I would say the probability of success may not above 50%, still higher than lower level armor fusion, just depends on your luck, no guarantee.

1) Killing any boss with a special attack gives you a chanc to get fusion stars. It's all down to your luck.

2) There is no one true combination that will clinch you the armors. It's all luck. As long as you get the combinations right, in this case for steam powered and dark prince, water/fire and spirit/fire respectively, you'll have a chance to fuse them. Kaleidoscopic on the other hand, doesn't have any combination of elements and therefore it all boils down to your luck when fusing. I have read about other players who'veanaged to fuse the kaleidoscopic armor but I'm not sure how true it may be.

im sure atleast 1 person out there has done it, and as long as its the fire/spirit in fusion you stand a chance to get it. FYI you can't get + from fusion, so you would have to collect the gems at least once if you were lucky enough to fuse the normal version

The name of this armor is Hunter's Garb. It has the same rarity status as all the other boss armors (4 stars). To craft this armor, you needed to defeat the boss which was Hyppolita the Huntress and get those Hunter Charm's 50 times. Though, I'm not sure if you can fuse it, but since the combination is spirit and earth, I would try to gather armors with high rarity level with the elements of spirit and earth. Maybe like craft a spirit mono boss + an earth mono boss. AGAIN I'm not sure of the outcome, but might as well try :)

Kill any stages bosses will have a chance to gain fusion stone, just depends on luck.
You may gain 3 fusion stones though 10 fights, or you maybe cannot gain 1 stones in 100 fights...

Other way, opening enhanced chest and silver chest have a chance to gain the stone too, arena and weekly epic boss rewards can also give you little stones.

Actually I feel that GREE may downgrade the percentage of gaining fusion stone.
Last few times, I can always gain fusion stone (normally 3-5) after all my 6 people dead, but now I cannot gain even 1...
And there are many fusion stone in the enhance chest and silver chest, which may makes me think GREE is limit the number of stones from farming, let people gain more from other hard way.

Yessss! Armors like Volcanic Mantle or Wind Monarch's Robes.

there isnt really a best combination u just need to fused water typed and fire typed armor and A LOT OF LUCK. cause mostly if u fused 2* or 3* ull probably get a 1* armor.

Can anyone confirm that you can get these armors through fusion? Steam-powered, dragon tamer, and star metal? I've seen a few comments elsewhere that say you can but I know there are people who will intentionally mislead. So is there anyone from the forums who have been successful in fusing these?

ofc u are not surprised since ur using an armor that has element advantage against it... try an armor that both had no element advantage and u will see the difference.

u nailed it... horrible wurm + spectral cause was curious what will i get since its 4 star and 3 star... ofc lvl35 horrible wurm and 20 spectral after unlocking the + version and the result i got was 1 star CRAFTABLE chimera... doh!!!
