i captured one of these in the 1100 area, its the same as a 34, however, it does cound for your capture a lvl 38 NPC base mission when you get it

You're actually wrong about the typo, it's the same size as a 34/38 but has less troops

let me just explain it
those outpost lvl 99 r NOT capable
which means u cant capture them
its because they r bubbled
and if they r in 1 Area than its for a player who left the game

if they r in other areas its a bug or imposible
