I'm fine with this reward. Gree, you've re-earned my respect. <3 Now THAT'S what companies should do in situations like that! Like if I order a burger with no cheese, and I get cheese in it, and I go to tell them they messed up my order, they give me some sort of compensation, whether it's I coupon, or a dessert.

Anyone not received his Guild rewards ? I have not received anything from the guild war. I also can't click on the ''main'' tab, maybe those issues are related? It's really frustrating howmany bugs this game has. Its funny seeing the smallest companies do the coding almost flawlessly on pretty heavy games and this one messing it all up.

Oh well. Hopefully the Greward will come :x

Anyone received the compensation gift for the crashes? 3x Dark Prince and an Air fusion. What does thou think?

Got my keys and fusion armor, and the War Rewards yesterday.

I feel fractionally better towards Gree for recognising that there was a problem, a BIG problem, and giving some compensation. I would have preferred some fusion stones to take the pain out of levelling armors.

The problem with keys is that some people will get lucky and get something worth keeping, while others will get dross that is mere levelling material, so effectively different people will receive different levels of compensation.

I'm not finding Gold to be a limiting factor at all, it's piling up. What I need is the will to farm snakeskin.

Like other People i would have preferred other means of compensation (like Gems or Fusion Stones) but Gree showed the will to give a General compensation to lift the mood of players and encourage them to continue playing even though there might be bugs in future...and at least in my case it worked.

agree, we should have gotten gems for compensation for all the frustration. Gems can be put to much better use than DPC keys.

It really seems like people are being a little critical of the bugs. In order to work them out they have to test it. The compensation for the bugs was nice but what sucks is when you put up with the bugs and then get shorted your rewards. I guess we will see if they remedy it.

Certainly there has been a significant amount of complaining on this thread, about the bugs... about the rewards...

For my bit I enjoyed the change of pace and hey, they didn't really get it right, but it was better than not getting it at all. I liked my reward... I rarely get DPC keys, and they didn't have to do it.

I submitted a ticket since I did not receive my guild wars rewards. The nice detailed reply I received was...
"All rewards were correctly distributed." LOL

I remain hopeful GREE or Wise One will help make things right for those who were passed up on their rewards, but what can u do when u get a response like that, lol.

Well, what did you, or what should you have gotten? Once it was over, I didn't see any "you received _____ " screen, they were just in my inventory. Is is possible you could have missed it? I mean, I don't doubt there are people who didn't get their stuff, just asking.

I'm in point blank. We finished 4th. So missing an epic, combustion+, and the other little stuff.
I checked numerous times and the items are not in my inventory.

I find it funny they would provide such an arrogant response as if they're perfect. Guess they arent aware of the people posting pics of the multiple number of epic/comb+ rewards they received in their inventory, lol

I received the same reply and followed up with another inquiry. At this point I have considered the rewards lost. It is upsetting but I am just glad all my guildmates got theirs.

To another response I did check my inventory and gave them many hours after the rewards were distributed for them to show before issuing my error report. It is sad that people make it to where that has to be asked.
