Personally I'm already suspicious of laundromats that pay out $400+ every 5 minutes. What kind of drugs are they selling? Or are they laundering money there?

I'm thinking that the notification of being robbed is just showing up late. Or you had the game running in the background and appeared to get a full collection (un-robbed). I have noticed that if you don't bank this money right away then in about 1-2 min your cash suddenly dropps to account for the robbings.

This is a different issue entirely. I left my ****ty buildings robbed during the last PvP, exited and re-entered the game plenty of times, and had the orange "rob" symbol above the buildings. At some point the next day, I got a newsfeed icon that someone just took me for $20k, which is far less than the buildings I was still collecting (NCs, LTBs, etc), but more than individual robs of ****ty buildings-- they had to have hit at least 2 of them.
