Looking for Guild Thread

I am on all day and night during war and limited time guild quests.
Estimated Guild points during next war:15-20,000 ( I scored just over 14,400 points last war)
can donate 10,000 to 25,000 per day
Light gem usage, I buy a small amount for wars and quests.
I am not a guild hopper, I have been with one guild since I started KA. However, I am tired of playing many hours a day, only to fall short because half my guild is not active. Its time for a change. I need a guild that has full roster of active players, has completed the guild quests and is focused on keeping the guild full of active players.
