Sending Resources to allies if you're in an alliance

This FAQ states that if you're in an alliance you can send resources to other allies but I can't figure out how to do this. I even tried to do it using just transports but there is no option to send oil, iron, titanium or uranium. How is this done?

you can't ATM support at Gree said they are possibly looking to implement this in the near future. Not definite however.

Would be cool to get, as my faction helped one player to capture the best uranium mine on the game so it would be nice to be able to share some around the faction. At least we can share the units though.

You are the one that took the double spot I had that book marked I was about to send an army then wen I gave to spot for reinforcements you took it wow. I bet that was a long battle

Sharing resources would probably be the ultimate game killer... You already have the top 5 alliances banding together and beating the snot out of everyone else. It will become all about the gold. At least in other Gree games you can competitively play without gold. This one will be a watch and see.

That would be fun.

And correct you cannot send resources only commanders and units.
