A quick question, I'm not sure what would be the better call. I currently have a little over 1mil IPH and around 90 mil banked. I've build the first one and now trying to save enough for the 2nd upgrade.
However, I don't think I'll be able to save enough for both the L2 upgrade and the 2nd building.
So what would be the better call, profit the L2 upgrade or the 2nd building?

Go with the second building. The prize for the upgrade to L2 isn't phenomenal, and the long-term IPH boosting capability of the second building will make it easier to complete later LTBs.

if you are looking for a cash building, go with a Night club.. the only reason you are getting this building is because you want the item prize.

I've got 2 L3 night clubs already. The new LE buildings are messing with my night club upgrades
I'm getting it because it's a decent building with a nice-to-have prize, but not a-must-have, even for a mostly free player.

In MW, Gree has had a new LE building for every war. Assuming they are now doing the same in CC, would it be better to just get the first mill and upgrade it... then start saving for the inevitable next LE building?

If you get a second mill, and they have a new LE building each time, I don't know if anyone will ever upgrade the second mill.

What are your thoughts? I'm personally leaning towards only getting one, and waiting to see if the next LE building is better.

My thoughts exactly Peppers. I will upgrade 1 to lev 2 for the units and take the pathetic ROI it gives me then save for the next LE. As close as these fights have been pushed together, we wont be upgrading much else in between.

I can afford up to 8 with most upgrade modifiers, 8mil IPH and no saving. I doubt if anyone can go to 9 without any purchased cash or withdrawal from bank.

There are a couple of people with IPH's around $20m, and a large amount of mods. They were able to.

But for us mere mortals it was impossible.
