Sure took me a long time. I'm not sure how long exactly but I guess about 7 months. I only did the jobs that were absolutely necessary at the start and never attacked anyone. Leveling form level 8 to level 10 only happened because of others attacking me.
I'm considering leveling up now because allmost all small buildings are level 10 now and I would like to keep building.

I would... Once your hood is better than half if the level 100+ its pointless to stay at level 10... Then again, my iph was about 20,000 before I started camping and now its 140,000

1) i am android player so i am waiting for this
2) IOS members need to start saving up ( First donation 10 Times IPH and than just 2 times IPH afterwards)

Once this get added on android i don't want hear any excuse on how difficult it is for first donation . Few players mention it take time for first donation and the delay for android is time i am giving IOS.

Android members you also have no excuse you know syndicate has become available to IOS so you can't say you don't know it's coming.

Currently member is 30 which mean i have to finalise 20.
