The developers are not making decisions based on forum posts.

They are looking at data dumps from the game. They know how many people looted how much gear, and they did not like the numbers they were seeing.

In other words, they didn't like the fact that there was a way for free players to get decent loot, despite the fact that these events are specifically catered to heavy gold users. So for purposes of BALANCE (LOL), they nerfed the drop rates. I'm surprised they didn't just remove the item altogether like they did with the M4A1s. This game sucks...I feel like I'm ready to call it quits.

Are you saying you had absolutely nothing to do with TLC drop rates getting nerfed? You didn't mention how much excitement was built up around them? Didn't mention that everyone wanted those sweet sweet terrorist style non-consumable bombs?
