Low Level Discussion ( Under level 25)

We have too many player who are high level which is good but for low level players it's annoying because we won't have access to all best equipment so i thought I would better create a discussion for low level players to get tips.

I am going use this topic post things i am not sure about. i read best of the best topic number of times since i joined i feel like i am slowly understanding this game.

MOB MEMBERS
So you need 20 mafia member for Italian restaurant but if you drop down will Italian restaurant you purchase still generate money afterwards ?

Each mob member will use a weapons that you have ?

Ideal Building you get
It seem Italian Restaurant , Movie Theater and Loft are best buildings to aim for since it based mob size. You should first have the money to buy them instead rushing to add mob members.

Weapons & Armour
There are gloves in armour section you need 25 Mafia to get are they worth getting ?

Is Gas mask at level 18 a good purchase for protection - Do we need 1 for each mob member ?

Armour - If you are looking for defense the Military Goggles are a better choice. If you are looking for attack then yes the gloves.

Each Mob Member will use the best weapon that you have for either defense or attack. So lets look at the armour. It would use the googles 1/4 for defending but it would use the Steel Toed Boots 2/2 for attacking.

Bala I think you need to stop looking at what weapons would be coming up in the next levels and just try and have all of the strongest weapons at your current level.

Wow i didn't realise how difficult it is to get that high i only increase 196/227.

This game really multiple aspect if you not upgrading building ,your buying weapons.

Do you need purchase same number vehicles for mob size eg if you have 25 mafia member do you have buy 25 junkie?

When i travel to friend hood i get a message saying you mob is weak need purchase more Vehicles.

The best building to buy at low levels is a night club. Night clubs are actually the best income buildings in Crime City including gold at present. The only one that comes close are casinos which become unlocked at level 185.

There are many opposing theories regarding the efficacy of camping. Levelers feel there is a lost opportunity cost not utilizing your energy and stamina fully. Also, some have theorized that it should be a race to high levels to unlock all income buildings and especially the higher payout gold buildings.

At low levels you don't need to purchase items for all mob members that eventually will become obsolete

Extreme campers will argue they don't need to bank, fully equip a large mob, spend lots for hood expansions and be exposed to gold playing sharks prematurely. By delaying these for as long as possible more will be reinvested back into economy building.

If night clubs can be purchased at low levels all the unnecessary income to fully equip a mob of 300 with low, mid or high tier in game cash items can be funneled back into economy.

For instance, in my objective to purchase 2 night clubs at level 8 all I need to purchase was a maximum 40 of each class items to fully equip my mob. However, this is way overkill as most at level 8 do not have a strong enough economy to even come close of getting the best item in each category especially vehicles.

At level 25 all you need to worry about is buying 125 items in each category assuming you want to fully arm your mob.

Extreme low level campers can easily surpass income/hr for most high level (100+) even those with access to all income and gold buildings up to level 184 provided those players have not purchased night clubs.

Low level campers should just concentrate on purchasing items with good defense scores and not attack. Most equips to fully arm your mob can be delayed once your economy has fully bloomed if your mob is trimmed to zero plus henchmen provided you have sufficient defense buildings. Movie theaters, lofts and night clubs can be purchased with queued request, mass acceptance and then immediate dismissal if you do not want to fully arm your mob.

My defence is certainly higher that most people at my level but nightclub is too expensive and so is the MT but i am working on it. 144,000 is a lot. i can raise 20,000 in a day by collecting all money during the day.

I am not a camper i just level to that i can purchase what i want. i planning level up every week by 1.

So i spend the weekend upgrading all my buildings to level 5 but now i have problem of too much income and i don't know what to do excess of money i have as i don't lose it to bank nor fights. So far i have increased my defences from 227 to 300. As a result everyone that attacked me has lost but i don't leave money out as it might attact some gold player who might to farm me.

Even through my income is getting higher i still unable to afford MT but it would take 2 days save up for it but i don't risk saving up to have someone hit me during this time.

Is the NC the building that needs 300+ mobs to unlock and costs 40 million to build? Or am I missing something here..?

Yep i know some people are hardcore campers and want them at low levels . I tend to be more realistic aim MT which only needs 50 Mafia and 144,000. Few days i achieve acquire Italian restaurant and now working MT. I am not bothering with NC.

Nightclubs are the best indeed. However, my level 9 camper has been camping since February and has only just managed to get his lofts to level 4. His income is 47K/hr which is of course inflated by having 2 level 10 laundries. Realistically, I could start building nightclubs right now, but even with perfect collecting it would take 36 days (or $400 of gold) before I could buy one.

When you see nightclubs at low levels I'd say the odds are very high that you are looking at a money glitcher.

I would just want to add, that you might not want to get a truck-load of low level RP items even if they are the best at your level, but in-game cash items, I agree with if you are camping

Yeah unfortunately no guide as when any of these weapons will be available eg chain whip -no idea whet level that become available. It would nice level guide as when new weapons become available.
