how to get 'legal powers'
Anyone figured yet ?
Kingpin power: 728/476
Accomplice power: 1250/someting...can't remember

I have not gotten anything besides Smuggling Power (& boxes & bricks) from PvP attacks.
If different powers drop from different events, I wouldn't know, but I got nothing besides RB units (& boxes) from the last LTQ.
I think they are still working out the details.... I hope!Line ID: clementine88

They are hidden in the same place as accomplish and king pins, good luck activating them

My guess is they're still figuring out what to do with these awesome items, and when they do, they'll start the others (in the meantime it's inspiring a burst of pvp which may spur a few gold purchases for newcomers). Sort of like those accomplices.
