Update:
Barring any unforeseen delays, the Beta will start on Wednesday July 15th at 11am PDT and end on Friday July 17th 11am PDT. This is subject to change but it is the current goal. As always, I will post updates on this thread. The beta-only subforum will be opened for posting later today or tomorrow.
