We really need a topic on best way build up IPH based on current game style
[*] Ranking best LTB building based on IPH
[*] Best value for ingame cash LTB building
[*] Which is worst LTB building
[*] 4 stage ( below level 50, 51-100, 101-150,151-250)

We used Good topic on this which i follow old style upgrading MT,LOFT AND NIGHTCLUB but that's irrelevant now.
