You won't find these in my inventories, nor will you find extra cash or valor or valor units or anything associated with buying these units.

HOWEVER...

If it is a breach of TOS to purchase units that are available to purchase from other peoples' inventories, then it would probably be a good idea to remove the BUY button from inventory items altogether. It's not a new thing, has been there as long as rank-restricted units have existed, and has been brought up many times. In fact, it was even mentioned as an outstanding issue in my last Player Notes post, which was posted before these were released. It's only suddenly now a popular issue because of the imbalanced nature of the newest rank-restricted units, which those of high rank do definitely deserve.

P.S. When you state that something is a breach of ToS, it would be helpful for you to quote the section of the ToS being violated.
