ezmunie you seem to be under the impression that a real person reads the complaint tickets. It is just a bot with a primitive version of AI. That is why the canned response sometimes doesn't always pertain to the problem outlined in the ticket. The bot has about a dozen possible responses and picks the one closest to your problem. It then closes the ticket as successful and sends all correspondence to the trash folder.
