I been away for 4 months and i missed the game and i notice some new features and i feel like i noob

1) How do you get more accomplice -is it through events ?
2) If i link my account to google play does that mean if i get new device and use same google account i can play same account ?
3) Street assault event can only play as syndicate ?
4) Where are event cycle notice in the game -usually you get a list event with dates for upcome events?
5) LTB i can't remember last one i had but i think teahouse LTB - is up to date all LTB so far?
