Beachfront retreat was a simmilar liited time defense building a short while back with similar def stats, no special importance of that one since. If i recall though, that one actually had a mod attached for each level upgrade.How long should one be a member before they`re qualified to replyI`ve a funny feeling this building will be of some importance if we`re only allowed two of them and they have such relatively high def to start with .

level 3 for me is 90,001 and level 4 is 150,001
I built 2 just because there's nothing else to upgrade at the moment
