the game update is not working for me, i cant get logged in. the newest version is loaded and i have tried everything, with no luck, and no one i know knows what to do. So far there is 6 people i know with the same issues, please HELP!!

6-8 tried before successful connection today. 5 minutes loading the app. getting worse!

Forget it, they won't answer you anyways. They like to ignore it and sit it out like it seems.
The fix will hopefully be in the next binary submission. Which means it could be a week or two. I'm so sorry.

I would post the new ticket form, but it keeps taking me to the internal dashboard.
Why should they answer?
The vast majority will linger, begging for whatever scraps might be thrown their way.
The choice is yours.
The choices offered might not be among the choices you want to make, nonetheless you do hold your fate in your hands.
You can continue to receive whatever it is that's being peddled, or you can choose other options.
Whatever you decide, it's not life threatening, earth shattering, or status changing.
This is one of those FIRST world only problems.
You're not being hunted, starved, imprisoned illegally, dying from Ebola, or being sexually abused.
If you never tap another round of MW, your comfy, cozy, classy first world life will not be disrupted.
There are people on this planet who haven't eaten for days, had a drink of clean water, taken a shower, had a good night's rest in a clean bed, or know where they'll sleep tonight.
In the scope of things, you're upset about a meaningless game.
Think about it, dude or dudette, your first world life allows you to waste time, effort, and/or money on a game.
The disposable income squandered all across this game could probably feed, house, and care for thousands of deprived humans.
None of us have it that bad.
And, to their credit, those that spend the most on this game aren't here kvetching.
There's something in their silent response that many of the most vocal amongst us could consider.
It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled.

Can you honestly see it getting better and do you feel you can be the difference in lifting player experience around here?.
I do remember some refreshingly honest observations and inputs from you when you first started. Is the game where it should be, where it needs to be?.
We are in the dark for far too long far too often. Can you burn a little brighter so we can stop walking into tow balls in the dark cause my shins have had enough and there is nothing more painful than unexpectedly walking into a trailer hitch at pace.
Yes, I still enjoy my job. There are always set backs, but that makes scaling the mountain that much more enjoyable.
Yes, I can honestly see it getting better. We do need to fix the game first and produce events with less errors. The game isn't where it should be yet, but I still think the team can get it there.
I will try my best to burn brighter, so maybe my optimism can rub off on others in-house as well as players.
What's all this Apple garbage? Some of my faction members use android and still can't get on. I've even been having issues with it and I only use android.
I hope your abilities outweigh your ambition. It's not optimism we need. It's improved experiences. Optimism is talk, we need to see actions backed up by consistent and improved actions.

Tadaaah, any idea how GREE is going to compensate us for all the missed units,etc. because anything short of what we would have gotten is a complete ripoff! 30 energy,10 frontline units and tank isn't gonna cut it unless the tank is a 5-10billion defense unit!
