This is a mafia game, so if there'd be more ranks, it should be:
Don - leader
Underboss - 2nd in command
Capo - officer
Made man - sr. Member
Associate - member

No love for the Consigliere? Also Associates are not actual members. Made man is just a title that you are a member ,not a rank....FWIW

Boss
Underboss
Consigliere
Capo
soldier

IMO underboss and consigliere should be able to do everything except change the boss or each other ranks
Capo should have these current officer controls.
