why do we most of the time get an automatic answer if we use the support buttom. Im still waiting for answers for weeks. Im nkt giving up and keep replying to the automatic email i got send. Would be much appreciatted that we get treaten fair, we pay for the game and most of time we get screwd by a fault of yours.

Are the factions that were locked out of masters going to get any compensation besides 5 energy refills? We always finish the speed event but was stuck on 15/20 since Monday night

The sticking issue is transient and factions in general should still be able to complete the events. The issues players have been having recently with server connectivity are unfortunately beyond our control. We've made every effort to compensate the affected guilds in the fairest way possible. In this case our goal was to reward players who would have finished the speed event if not for the issue.

We're really interested in finding ways to make Stamina a more important resource -- whether or not that is via an event is yet to be determined.

Are there any plans to bring back a stamina based ltq, such as raid x amount of buildings?

Why do GREE always send out the same automated reply to tickets and then close them without the original issue being resolved ?

The customer support team does try to personalize as many tickets as possible. If you feel that you are receiving an automated replied and the ticket is closes without a response, it may be that there are multiple tickets on the same issue and the agents are working to consolidate it to one place. This will help in avoiding two agents confusing what the issue is and having action take to only have it then reversed by another agent.

Additionally, sometime when there is a mass out break and we are investigating an issue. An initial response may be sent to large amounts of tickets at once, so that everyone knows that we are currently working on the topic until we reach a solution.

EDIT: Please keep in mind while we have 100 of thousands players this game, we have a limited number of support staff. We are always trying to make customer service experience better.

It seems as if you kinda just give..like its killing you or painful to give .....please consider the Nordstrom customer service policy....when dealing with us....folks are playing this game right now.....not because of your product.....but because of the network of friends they have developed. If you allow more folks to quit and leave game customers are going to leave

You stated previously we would get option of Clearing our inventory of units that have become obsolete.
I would like to suggest we "sell them back" for a percentage of what the initial Cost/worth is,because of inflation some LT Sets that people purchased for as much as 1500 gold are now useless,be good if we could get a % to be determined by you for those units!same applies to cash/valour units we may have bought and are now obsolete.

Allright, and how come we dont get any updates about our tickets. 2 weeks of waiting for an answers seems like an ignore to me..

our faction event locked up completely and we were unable to complete any further level in the FLTQ since Monday evening until the event ended. It just didn't stick, it locked up on level 15. What kind of compensation is for this?

Have you ever considered an event that was a treasure hunt were factions had resources thst others didn't and memebers would have to cross factions to get items....they cold on obtain at a certain faction.
