Has the dragonborn aegis been confirmed yet, or when will it be available you think

Presumably sometime in September (second week maybe).

And besides that, now im out of fusion stones AND gems, so what to do? How can i get more fusion stones?
Pls halp my!

There are many ways to get fusion stones. Arena, guild war rewards, silver/enchanted chests, some quests, and killing bosses (the storyline ones) with a special attack all can give fusion stones.
