Does anybody know the level requirements for participating in events?
Can new accts do RB with their faction? iow, no level limit for RB?
EB & LTQs are Level 10 or 20?

I never saw the LTB goal on the Master Plan either, but they're usually released a day or two after war.

I have never seen a ltb advertised. Anyway absence of proof is not proof of absence so in all likelihood there will be a new ltb in 2/3 days.

Granted he cannot prove that it is so but given recent history it is a least a reasonable assumption to make.
