I know I should be using the account transfer thread but as it is closed I have no where else to run. I got a new phone and have been walking almost 3 weeks for my my account to transfer I have contact gree several times and have had not one reply. I put a lot of time and Money into my account I have got a letter that said everything should work now it didn't. Then I put in another ticket with all the info needed and a screenshot and they still asked me to give them the information which I already did. So I replied all my info again and have hearT nothing from them for a long time now. They might be losing a customer pretty soon I can't wait any longer. Can anyone help me.
