I sincerely wish you all the best of luck with this....but the track record isn't good. I've seen several stories like this now since the advent of the fltqs. Have yet to see one person say it was rectified. Which begs the question what will it take for guys to kick the habit of gold spending. Please understand that I am not one of the guys who says anyone is dumb for spending money on a game, etc, etc. Just that there has to come a point when collectively we say enough is enough.

Once you award these players the unit that is rightfully theirs, please pass on the root cause to the incompetent liars that make up your support team so that other players this happened to dont get rejected again.
Players should not have to resort to forum threads because of incompetence at your end.

Tardavic, I welcome your input and hope that this will indeed be resolved.
In the meantime, this excerpt from my latest response:
"The event starts and ends at a specified time and date, so you must complete the event accordingly, but you could have jumped across guilds or have left the game.
If you leave the game and then return, you have to keep in mind that you need to be in a guild in order to complete the guild requirements, and we are able to track your progress via the goals completed. If you hop guilds, which we advise you not to, you have the chance of missing out on earning the reward from that part of the event."
Fair warning to all that faction hopping may soon be a thing of the past.
HOWEVER, I reitterate that in my case there was no hopping, quitting, dropping out or any such action that took me out of REG for even a fraction of a second - I joined at the beginning of the event and left several hours after the completion of the event.

As I said in my original post, myself and several dozen other players can confirm that Thunder Chid was in the faction for the entire duration of the event. He did not leave at anytime.

To put this very simply, Thunder Child completed both the individual event (prestige and normal) and the faction event (prestige and normal) just like myself and many others in the faction, and while we got the prize, he did not. He did nothing differently than we did, so any excuse for him not receiving the unit is invalid.

Gree support needs to stop sending scripted responses. They should address each problem on a case by case basis, and not look for the easy way out. Unfortunately this is how most companies work. I have been tier 3 support in the past, 25% of the tickets that reached me could have been resolved by tier 1.
Unfortunately tier 1 support is typically bad.
