Help with Halloween quest(s)

Maybe I didn’t understand something but I found the mobs for each of the 25/25 of the first Halloween quest. I only got qty 15 pumpkin spices instead of what looks like 25!

Help! How can I did this? I went back and can’t find any more Halloween mobs!
Please help
-a very long time player that must have misunderstood the rules of this quest!

I got this information:
“Hi guys there was indeed an issue with the NPC drop so we're going to offer 100 Jack O Lanterns' to all players who finished the 25 goals. It will most likely be given out on Wednesday”
