Why I keep playing

This game has gone through many changes, when i started playing this game, the main focus was Stats and IPH. I used remember when it was an achievement to build a nightclub it was best IPH building back in 2012.

Man how things have change now we have so many better building that nightclub. The stats were the next thing to go by introducing stats inflation. Now people are mad about boss event .

Why do i continue to play this game ?

It might sound stupid but i like city building aspect of the game as long Gree doesn't ruin that i will continue to play. Yes expansion beyond 30 times has helped but it would been good if they didn't do that update because most game building are not worth buying or upgrading. All i seem to be doing upgrading LTB building constantly. This is what keeps me playing. I tried other city building game but all of them really annoy me .

I had both of my NCs at level ten before the ridiculous steady stream of LTBs begun, and they still are my favorite two upgrade projects. Movie theaters and Lofts were the key to getting that done. Now a days these low level chumps can just buy type A LTBs with gold and never break a sweat building iph to a decent level. Most of them probably don't even own NCs.

That bring back memories i love process of hard work save for MT and than loft, it took a week to save for a loft. Those achievement were highlight.

I still love all my mafia buildings havn't got fully upgraded those LTB have been keeping me busy.

My favourite LTB will always be the pangoga nothing beat that no way new players can get that building.

I remember being level 6 with two NCs xD Everyone wanted to rob me, but there were actually a lot of people that didn't do it cuz they respected me building two of those at such a low level lol. From the moment you had bought a NC (which took a week to build lol) you knew you were gonna make a lot of $$$

LTBs are actually an unnecessary distraction to someone just starting out. My mini doesn't have a single LTB, or even an IPH, and it does just fine. Based on the way things have gone for that account, I will never bother with an LTB. Useless, distracting, cash sink. My syndicate can make far better use of any cash I get with that account.

If Gree would wake up and change the value of the LTB prizes, they might actually be worth looking into. So long as the LTB prize structure remains what it is though, there isn't one thing in the Gree store even worth looking at.

LTB's come with a modifier - why wouldn't you want that?

Modifier are great if small percentage can get it but the fact that i would say 70% or over can get these modifier by building LTB.

Those were the times when players actually had respect for players now a days anyone can rob you even someone who lower than you

I always have targets in any and all PvP I do, which, with my mini, is limited to war events. Chasing modifiers changes absolutely nothing, and missing out on the small amount of raw stats from an LTB is negligible. It has no significant impact on anything.

Why throw game cash at things that bring no noticeable benefit? My mini has no IPH, so I get to rob people and they can't retaliate. Sometimes people get really pissed off about that, and reading comments expressing that discontent is almost more fun than the actual robberies.

There are plenty of stats to be acquired with little effort and at no cost other than, in some cases, minimal XP gain. As I mentioned, if the LTB prizes were actually worth going after I might change the way I play my mini account, but so far I have not been affected by ignoring them. Play half of one Raid Boss and you get more stats than what are available from an LTB. The stats gained from an LTB aren't even enough to change the final outcome of an Epic Boss event, which up until recently I could finish for free anyways.

For a mini, LTB = distraction.

Everything you say is true

Half the players still play because of IPH, just saying. IPH is probably the most fun part imo.

[*] Which is worst LTB building
[*] 4 stage ( below level 50, 51-100, 101-150,151-250)

We used Good topic on this which i follow old style upgrading MT,LOFT AND NIGHTCLUB but that's irrelevant now.

- Best value for in-game cash building is irrelevant, all that counts is income increase/upgrade time, with the exception that the current LTB has a mod.
- Best ten iph buildings in a row are:
1. Port authority
2. Mikes tattoo palace
3. Tsars Teahouse
4. Shamrock Pub
5. West Side Fine Gems
6. Shooters Gun Shop
7. Dockside Warehouse
8. Underground Casino
9. No Interest Savings
10. Diamond Grillz

I also used to enjoy the city-building aspect of the game. It's a shame that so many other things ruined the experience for me. Creating syndicates was the best move Gree ever made; the people I met were the reason I stayed in the game for so long. Though I no longer play, I still stay in contact with my old buddies from time to time (and obviously check the forums every now and then to see what's up).

Thanks mate. I have them all, indeed the IPH, part of the game is great. Still only see a few players with an IPH or 400 million. Could do with another hood expansion update, as I'd like some more spacing between building and some new updated hood decorations. Happy gaming mate.

OMG i forgot that existed thanks a lot :rolleyes:.

I really like the city building aspect of the game too, and agree it is better than any other app or computer program I have come across. I do wish a player was allowed to put buildings into inventory, because I like to redesign my hood at times (guess I'm one of these idiots who think the hood needs to "make sense"- rather than just mass deploy buildings for the sake of iph, but to each his own).
Although having to move existing buildings sort of adds a Tetris aspect to CC.

Redesign a hood is most challenging because you have choice if you can't afford expansion than you have to get rid of old buildings

Building IPH is a very nice aspect of the game. Sad that Gree doesnt see this the same way and keeps handing out easy to do LTB's(cheap) and not giving out new syn bonusses. C'mon Gree make use of having a high IPH.

Gree see this as a PVP war game not a city building game - The only reason we have city was make it so other players could rob and attack you . They realise easy to do LTB's(cheap) makes your hood even bigger target encourage other players to rob you
