FYI, that is not true, R&B specifically asked that those having problems with tickets for lost accounts post here.
Also be advised that gree support sends automated replies directing those with problems to these VERY forums. In some instances we the players can help others work through their issues thus taking some of the burden off of support.
I would respectfully request that you delete that post as it is very counterproductive and not factually correct. Also if everyone started to PM Clem she will be totally overwhelmed, I'm sure she will be really appreciative of this.

wow that was weird, I pm'ed clementine and had my account back in 10 minutes, not sure if that was a coincidence or if clementine is just the man.
36 hours since I lost my account when using the IOS link device and Game Center. So as I twiddle my thumbs trying to get access to my 2.5 year old account and still no response from Gree customer service.... Just crickets!

So I got a new iphone6. How do I go about to transfer my account from iPhone 4S to iphone6 ?
Download mw on new iphone6. Log in to game centre n choose my account ? Currently still using ver 4.4 without game centre log in

The simple answer is without Game Centre you can't because transfer is not available under the linking menues of MW 5.x. Linking is the current 'safe' way of doing this though a couple of points I can't answer 100% because I have not tested it. But if you link an account then delete the parent account on the original IOS device by resetting I don't know if that will nuke it. Technically it should not because of the way it works on Droid but who knows.
So basically you have to update to 5, though backup and ticket FIRST. Then on the new phone set up the same game centre account and the old game will be there along with the brand new player you had to create when installing MW. If you do not use the exact same game centre account your original game will not show up.
AO, Any info on transfering apple accounts on an IOS device with an unattached MW account. I'm giving my son my old iPhone, with an unattached MW account. He will change the Apple ID on the phone and play the existing MW account. Any impact?

Account still lost in limbo
After 20 days of being locked out of my account CS has giving it back to me today. You will likely get no compensation and have no progress from the day you lost it. Hang in there it takes awhile but you will get it back.

I really feel bad for you guys, as you've missed out on a lot. Your hope is for equipment inflation to kick in in the months ahead, so the 250 odd point lead others have on you will be negligible. And don't worry, it will happen. My bet is equipment that can be bought with valor.
Is there a way to unlink my account from Game Center because when I try to link it to my other account but it says it's already linked so is there a way to unlink my account.
