I would hope it will be a modifier per level to your existing defence stat rather than a flat number, otherwise it will become useless after a short time due to stat inflation. A mod of x1 per level would be nice, so at level 10 you get x10 on your defence, but unlikely. More likely to be x0.5 or x0.3 extraQuote:

Why would a defense building be almost double the attack? What's the point in that?
You're looking at the bonus items you win for upgrading. Those aren't the actual stats that the building itself adds.Quote:

And on each of these the L10 upgrade costs ~100x's the initial build cost. For example: L10 for the Sley Belles was $6B. So these events were all for the top 5% of IPH earners, if not the top 1%.

I like the idea of the stacking qualifiers, offensive and defensive points for this plus the building's natural defense. I'm looking forward to seeing how this works. What I would like in addition is to be able to upgrade a $ building at the same time. This is going to lock iph for 18 days. :-/
