And on each of these the L10 upgrade costs ~100x's the initial build cost. For example: L10 for the Sley Belles was $6B. So these events were all for the top 5% of IPH earners, if not the top 1%.

end date and time is 10th of march, 11am PST ... so I guess the assumption is that it's an even 19 days (or whatever it is)

I agree that is most common. A couple of them started 5 or 6 hours later than that. Never to early to whine though.

Yes you will get the car for wvery upgrade, the bonus does stack, and unfortunately no pic or price of it yet
