Hey everyone, thanks for the initially reports. Our team is looking into this and will address this as soon as possible for the freezing, crashes, and connection issues. You've probably guessed it, but there's a ton of traffic going through to the servers all at the same time and these are the symptoms of it. As soon as I get an update, i'll be sure to pass it over.
Jokerz is level 50, but that wasn't Issaquah's point. The level 10 guardian that cost 10 million gold that is used to reduce the attack of the opposing guild was useless and was lost in the f'd up mess called the first guild wars.Quote:

As i stated earlier, use a low level guild member with one energy to attack the sentinel, ull lose but ull know the armour and the lineup of the armour of the sentinel, then u can - if u want - use the member with most powerful armour (and a power attack) to take him down, rearranging his armour in such a way that ur armour elements beat the enemy sentinels armour elements
Thanks fore your reply, but really? Increased traffic through the servers is the excuse you were told to post here? Wow, wasnt that anticipated beforehand? I pay your dev team to forget that somethin like the launch of a major addon called guild wars might increase server traffic? Sweet. Glad everyone is doing their job. You know, there are 2 more friday's in August that this could have started on and your 'gw coming in august' statement would have still held true, and you could have done more coding and testing before putting put an awful flop like this too early! Just food for thought. But i bet the new 4x chest was coded perfectly to increase those revenues of gem sales!Quote:

Thanks for the reply, but do you know if there will be any compensation for folks missing out on the entire game? I can't do arena, can't fight epic boss and unless I'm given free gems I won't be spending my own to make up for gree's mistake. Im sure the wise one did not want the start of GWs to be like this, having said that, it does seem more testing could have been done before the launch...at the same time u r playing a free game so b patient/lenient,
Although i do believe that if u actually spent gems, money etc,and youve lost it something should be done about it, but what...
How can the totally chaotic disbalance between guilds ( some guilds have 200k +points already) be fixed in such a way that everything is "fair" again...(im not saying our guild would have 200k points after two battles but as long as not everybody can compete the differences will grow n grow)

They should use this as a beta, wipe all guild points, stop the Guild War entirely, refund all gems used, and restart once they pull their head from each others behind. This is a free game to play, but this publisher makes a lot of money from ads and in game purchases so to many it costs money to play. The gaming industry in general has been doing this for 10 plus years, when will we as consumers grow a pair and stop spending our money on unfinished software.
Most people buy Microsoft products and they are always in beta testing when released. Hence all the Service Packs. But at least the product works.
P.S. If i was actually playing the game, I would be posting useful information rather
than being frustrated and posting crap about the crappy gw release!

Can you please explain to us why higher level guilds such as Rainbow Room, are not affected?
Best thing to do Wise One is stop the war. Recognize that it is bugged, refund gems and compensate players.
Now I can't access any part of the game without it crashing. The game starts with my armor ready in the armorsmith, then when I get to the main map it freezes, then crashes.
No war for me, also going to fail the epic boss if this isn't fixed soon, and no Arena.
As Guild Sentinel I don't even know what armors I'm wearing in this war.
Messed Up Big Time.
Around half our guild is affected, but we've been communicating well, coordinated scouting and ofc gem spending to push ourselves ahead.Quote:

Some guilds are affected more than others. We have only 7-8 players out of 40 able to play. Our second guild had most able to play and is staying top 5. It seems to be a bigger issue than just server workload otherwise we should all be affected to some extent. The current issue suggests other problems with the game update. Those unable to play consistently crash and those able to play are consistently playing. 300k points is a lot but not unreasonable if even half of a guild of 40 can play especially if they are top players and gem spenders. We only have our sentinel and a couple of HCs playing now. Rest are just frustrated like me.
Wise one, any way to fix this it won't be fair to some. Many guilds points and gems have been wasted which makes the current standings unfair because not all guilds are affected equally however I am sure those in the top three would be angry if the wars were reset. I don't envie your situation but a beta test would have been "wise". If this isn't fixed in 24 hours then the war is basically a waste. You can't make up for 24 hours.

The only fair solution is a complete rollback of today. It might be unfair to some, but this is unfair to most. Arena points..guild points..rewards..craft time..everything. I can't even ENTER the game now before it crashes.

So 40 players will get the + versions of an epic and legendary... hmmm and then the Top 100-300 guilds with I'm assuming 40 members get good stuff too. But the lower level guilds(which should be in another division) get jack ****. This game seems like the strong get stronger and the weak stay weak. Just like America, the poor stay poor and the rich get richer. SMDH.
Only 1/4 of us can attack in any war. :( We are working together through this.
It's really a shame how this is going so far -- we waited months for war.

This is ridiculous. I cannot access the war screen. When I click the Guild War icon, my game crashes. I don't mean sometimes it crashes and if I just deal with the loss of the 2-3 minutes it takes to crash, and try again a few times it works. No - I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT EVEN GET INTO THE WAR no less attack anyone. This is SO messed up. I am here for my guild but rendered absolutely and completely useless.
ETA: I will try deleting and re-installing hte app now. I've got nothing to lose I guess!
Ok. That actually worked when it comes to the crash on startup. I can go talk to my guild at least now. Testing if it solves the fighting crashQuote:
