I was level 82 and 342k IPH when the event ended and have received nothing so far

I'm also now not sure whether to be offended or not at CCMs amended post as if they have given the unit to a guy with 176k iph then unless he's sold a bunch of building since the event, I finished with a higher IPH than him, inferring that because I don't have the unit, Funzio are considering me a cheater.

I'd very much like to know at least the cut off point for this event in terms of IPH, even if no leaderboard is to be published I think it is important to release at least that much information.

Level 101 or higher: 367,366 IPH minimum.

If you have a higher IPH than that at the time the event ended please contact support and we'll look into it. Be advised that support does not have a way to look at your IPH and will have to get engineering support, so this could take a bit.

Look at the next 3 words after the ones you highlighted in bold. Go to the in game menu, help, then contact support button in top left of screen.

Thanks for the info CC Mark, I hope you can post vital information like this earlier for any future events. The cut-offs are surprisingly low in my eyes but I guess both players and devs(hopefully) have learned a lot from this event. It is obvious that the prizes are not being given out at the same time so I urge people to wait it out 1 or 2 more days. At least most people will have a pretty good idea whether they can expect to receive the prize in the next few days based on this piece of information. Give them just a bit more time, I don't like waiting either but we've already waited nearly a week, surely we can manage an extra day or two more. If we don't get it then, it's not too late to send in the tickets.

Thanks for another well crafted event. I'm sure in the end it will get rectified, just like the BS Heli. It is cool that Funzio has these events, but the manner in which they are coordinated backfires on Funzio.

We should be grateful for the opportunity to win prizes and have fun doing it, but instead it all becomes bitter and stressful due to manner in which the events are managed.

Funzio - Please provide clear rules, communicate status and issue prizes corretly and timely...or DON'T HAVE FREAKING EVENTS!

I think there was a hiccup in handing out the items. My accounts both have incomes above the stated value. Not only that, as the vast majority of my income is made up of 12/24 buildings, I am pretty damned sure I went in above the cutoff in collected income too. No one under level 100 on this forum, despite it being the campers anonymous headquarters and Jambori venue, seems to have obtained the item. This leads me to believe that there may been an issue with delivery.

FYI I don't think it's technically possible for them to track collected income. You can collect your buildings offline, for example, spend all your money then come back in. I believe the game syncs the minimum amount of information between your phone and the server, which would just be time-till-ready timers, and robbed amounts. I find it hard to imagine a good technical way this could have been tracked as a result. IPH, on the other hand is stored on your profile, so is an easy look up.

Hopefully I see the item tommorrow because on crime city I've not won a single event item, so I'm pretty happy about it. Think about it...if they meant actual collections there would be almost no way to calculate that. A DBA could figure it out I'm sure but that assumes they track player income types and could tie it to a date range. Probably doable, but complicated. All that, or the income per hour number everyone has on their profile. And CC Mark posted the number assuming we could verify it ourselves. Really a no-brainer, has been since day 1 in my book.

And yeah, I am very surprised the numbers are so low. Then again the only players I have seen with higher IPH than me are my allies. :)

CC Mark, thanks for helping out on the weekend. I hope you are able to relay back some of the discontent here to management and engineering. Hopefully, they get it...

CCM told someone not to make assumptions, how can you not when no one can make heads or tails of anything. The event, the prize, the attempt of an explanation. Now no one can agree what CCM is saying. The units are out now but were really not sure. Support is backed up but send in more tickets.

Here is my 2 cents it has to be your IPH stat, why would CCM say support can't see you IPH stat. The only thing I know for sure is no one knows for sure what is going on AGAIN!!!!

i'm starting to believe it might be DID... Dissociative Identity Disorder, which is worse than being bipolar...

Actually, if those gold players won the unit, he is probably in deeper kimchee now, because they probably have the composites factory, and may have upgraded it to level 10. If that's the case, their defenses will be that much harder to crack.

I may be wrong, but I think CCM said your IPH based on what you actually collected from money buildings (I think that means your own money buildings). I do not think it was a pure IPH stat event? Correct me if Im wrong, but that would explain why some with higher IPH stat didnt get unit

One question asked and not clear is, if you were doing upgrades then obviously you weren't at the same IPH level due to the fact that "it wasn't coming in" during the upgrade period. We did a check at the end of the event to find the top players in their level brackets based on hourly income. If your building was level 8 and you were upgrading it to 9, it would count as 8 until the upgrade completed..

Read this guys, and see what you make of it. The way I read it is that it was based on IPH, not IPH collected, but I may be mistaken. It has been known to happen..... Once in a while, so I'm told!

By the way, CJ54 stated that the item would be placed in inventory by June 15th, but Mark said they were in the process of delivering them. I'm going to give them until tomorrow before my ticket goes in.

When I read this, I see the source of the confusion. It tells you two things:

1) CCMark "MIGHT" have the IPH numbers.
2) He "REALLY" needs to confirm it on Monday, so these numbers really might not be true.

In fact, I found it unbelievable that with so many people under lvl100, 138,786 IPH would be the line for top 500 players. I will be really surprised to see CCMark confirm this number since probably everyone I see (over lvl70) have higher IPH than this.

What I really don't understand is that how could someone already get the prize if the bottom line number has not been confirmed yet? Anyway, this event is a big mess!

I did the same thing after reading it would take time to investigate. I am almost triple this value in uncollected and i know i collected more than normal, which i believe was atleast 2/3 or more (probably closer to 3/4) of the IPH which is still more than double that value.

This whole "event" was a freakin disaster of epidemic proportions. Everyone who participated should get one. No clear explanation of event, no clear response from emails, no leader board, no list of winners or at least lowest stat minimum. And all these "responses" from cc mark should be in Announcements or at the top of a sticky. Not making us play find the semi answer in a thread. I played the ka one instead of mw and raided the hell out of people and collected my buildings. Come to find out Afterwards @@ that I should have spent gems for upgrades instead of for stamina resets. Not cool Funzio, not cool.

I guess I'll be sending in a ticket since I was at 202k at the start of the event and ended around 233k. 2 Electric power plant (epp)upgrades to lvl 2, one finished at lvl 3 (8+8+12=28k), built 2 ore mines at 1.1k each. Now, I'm up to 286k. I was collecting as often as possible and busy raiding to gather the funds to start upgrades since epp cost 4 mil for lvl 2 and 8 for lvl 3, not that raiding/attacking counts.

As well, I suspect any players who are camping are basically on this forum and the forum represents only a small, small percentage of MW players.

Whoever doesn't know this by now needs to open their eyes more. There have been more number 10 air units for the crates than any other, and the highest stat unit is usually the air unit. Both the tournament units have been air too. Funzio favors the air power. Swtich if you haven't yet.

this is just how feel, especially after all their abcense..

I have worked in the internet for years and nothing is as simple as it seems. I have seen changes done in coding in one area have a dramatic impact on what would be considered a completely unrelated area. We only found out about it when someone told us. Then you have to figure out what is causing the problem. Because the complaints come in days later, you aren't even aware the issue you fixed a week ago (or even more) is what caused the problem.

Then you fix it and another problem pops up. It is all so interrelated. You test it and think it working fine, but it is not until hundreds of people are using it do you find out there are other problems.

These fixes do not happen over night, because we sometimes see during testing that our changes are affecting other areas and then you have to go in figure out how to stop that from happening while still maintaining your original fix.

I have seen major problems being caused by "three" letters of code and you have to go through pages of code to find this problem and remember when you start looking you aren't even sure what you are looking for. All you know is something is wrong.

And the stuff I look at is very surface, nothing heavy duty. Nothing even close to the coding needed to run MW.

Because it's a cover up. I.e, if the name War Priest is listed, and I don't have my unit, then they don't have an excuse to why I don't have it yet when clearly it is listed.

I had a 123___ ticket too and never got a response. Maybe they split up the tickets into groups and have different teams working on different groups of tickets? Who knows...

Don't think they would ignore our tickets though, I've gotten responses to all of mine in the past.

have not received the unit for having top 500 iph in latest event. My iph was between 485k and 500k at end of event which is considerably higher than the threshold posted by CCM on forum and than other players who have received unit. Please rectify this. Many thanks,

HAHA! Only you would turn getting the EBD unit into a crate event. One hour timer ends, send a ticket (open a crate). No EBD, wait another hour, send another ticket (open another crate), etc... How do gold opens work in your new event WP? Can you reset timer with gold?
