LTQ mobs resetting health: We're working on this now

Hey all, we're looking for the issue that is causing Granny Fortuna to reset health. As soon as we find it, we'll push a fix. I'll update this thread when that happens.

This is non limited to lvl 20. Lvl 20 is just the most obvious, as it takes more than 1 full energy bar to kill the mob. The regen issue happens at all, or at least most levels. For 1-19 it just means that you need enough energy for a kill, not just a hit.

This problem was first reported over 17 hours ago on a much lowere level.

Support can't adjust xp totals, so no to the first one.

The second one, first the issue would have to be fixed, and we may not be able to due to the number of reports. We don't currently have a way to batch complete goals for people, so advancing everyone a step manually would take several days minimum just for the reports currently in the queue.

Ok thanks CJ. I was just wondering if I should send in a ticket for it. Seems pointless. So lets just get this fixed so we can continue to motor through it.

Honestly, your customers do not care about the lack of properly staffing within your company. We only care about being treated right and getting the level of support we deserve. The support staff has had a "we are understaffed" message for about a year now, its time to increase the capacity of the support team and that's not our problem.

Step up and do whats right for the customers, not whats easy.

This is not limited to granny, if has happened to me EVERY TIME I don't finish a creature off. What kind of compensation are we talking here? I've wasted several hours, thousands of energy, and hundreds of xp.

I actually just finished a level 19 and did not get credit for the kill period. This is bad.

Open the heroic mode together with the standard mode. When the bug is fixed we can go back and close the standard mode. There is no big benefit for those never reaching the heroic mode, but for all others its fair.
