Sorry but i disagree. I think he is in his full right to expect top 250 with those stats if he is a daily team player who can donate a good amount of money to a faction and score 40k+ WD points.

If he has been asking to be in a top 50 faction or something i would say he needs a reality check

You might want to settle for a top 500 or even 750 with those stats.

Its always worth a try Just saying from my own experience, when we were top 250, the only thing you could have done would be a dl hitter. My advise is, if a good top 500 team offers you a spot, you might want to take it. Build up your stats and try keep your level down, then go after top 250 after the next war.
