If anyone at GREE is listening, the support ticket queuing algorthim needs to be revised to prioritise replies to open tickets so that they can be expedited in a more timely fashion. The current system only works of you need a request actioned - anything requiring a dialogue with support is worse than watching paint dry
Anyway, once again, I extend my sincere thanks to CJ54 for rectifying this matter very quickly after I PMed him last night.
