Just asking cuz im courios..or what the name is.. Personaly i have started over cC many times, got my NC at lvl 110 first time and played aprx 6 months.. then at lvl 30ish. Started over again and got it at level 29 now im lvl 60. The ice rink is my first lTb, cant remember what month..can somebody help me?

I got my NC at level 100…
Took me 4 months to get it to level 4. And then, with the new rivals list, it took me 1 month to get one NC to level 6 :-D

I got my NC way early. My signature is old, but if you check below I am probably the only person in Crime City that has that kind of IPH for the level. I've been camping for two years.

I don't entirely agree...He's only level 36....All those middle building are very important for mid stage IPH growth....right now he's stuck with end-game buildings (NCs and LTBs) and crap (Lofts, Mts & Dominicans are his best other buildings, and my guess is they are all L10 for a long time)...so he's either upgrading Pizza Parlors or WSFG. That's not an easy barbell strategy.

I can't decipher what the OP means with his incoherent speech but my second nightclub was level 10 mid November of 2012, a full month at least before my nearest successor to such accomplishment. I had started the NC climb at about 250,000 an hour. Ah, the good old days. Leaches were subdued and relatively humble... Income flowed unimpeeded.
I was level 105 ish.
