You need to obtain the armor, level it to Level 20 to unlock +, then collect enough materials to craft the +, it REALLY isn't that hard, I currently have 80+ materials for it, just by level farming Haunted Citadel.

guys please I'm not dumb. I know how to craft a plus. I've been trying to farm for a week and a half and I almost have enough to craft the infernal lord. I don't want to fight this board for another 2 weeks before I have a plus. I would like to fuse it first then level it up. Then craft a plus. How can I fuse it?

Fusion is so unpredictable that there isn't a this one is going to work. You could technically get one from any Earth Fire Fusion like Stonescale and Dragonflame. You could also maybe get one from Cirus and Livingflame or Hydrahunter.

You will most likely get a bunch of crap that you cant use before getting Infernal. Its a gamble that you can take just like buying chests.

It's not fusable. Chests would be the only way to obtain it before crafting and those are a huge gamble.

Edit: I take that back. I just remembered it's Dark Prince I'm thinking of that is not fusable. Still, this is a gamble to attempt to fuse. Mea culpa.

If you are really set on creating infernal your best bet is fusing legendary boss armours.
Troll plus the anticipated fire boss from next week should give either infernal or tempered (Legendary) 1283 att 937 def. Tempered (non plus) would make your infernal+ obsolete.
If you have troll and this week's spirit craftable you may be better off with a guaranteed Guardian's though!
Fusing 1 stars will likely give you a 2 star.
If you are very lucky with the earth + fire boss armours fusion, GREE may have unlocked epics again by the time you get a fire boss armour and you may get epic tectonic or blaze (not likely to see epics fusable again though unless their removal was an unintended mistake).
Note as well to only fuse legendary with legendary or you will likely get a 2 star.

I will be crafting Assassin+ from scratch even though I can fuse Guardian, it may be a waste of time and resources but I like the look of Assassin much better. I have given up on Epics for now.
Happy to have BK+, Boreas+, Phyrus+ and Combustion all at 70 now. Assassin+ here I come.
I can make Dorar's+ but I find the attack underwhelming and it looks boorish, and I need a Fire/Spirit any suggestions? I may just make Dark Prince+ until I get something better. (I never made the bigger 4)

It's your choice really. The difference between Assassin+ and Guardian non plus is only 27 points, but fusing for Guardian straight away saves you a lot of time, gold, and armors for enhancement.

And Fire/Spirit really isn't all that good of a combo to be honest, You already have a good lineup with BK+, Combustion and Assassin+

Though if I had to I would make Dorar+ over Prince+ because even though Dorar has less attack, it isn't as squishy as Prince. Not to mention collecting Evil Gems is a HUGE pain.

Fusion doesn't have set in stones formulas on how to get armors, just use 2 Legendaries in order to maximize chances then roll the dice.
