Space 4 Rent is a top 250 syndicate looking to fill a fewspots left by non participating members.
We are a top 250 syndicate who comes very close to top150. We are in the process of trimmingthe fat of a few members who are not participating.
Due to lack of participation we fell below top 250 in lastbattle and that will not happen again!!
We are a fun and playful group who focus on helping othermembers grow their stats and income per hour. Your gain is good for the group. We do not have a minimum donation although donations are required daily.We do not require the use of gold but we do appreciate it. Minimum ip forbattle is 15k and will be raised slowly with goal of 30k minimum. We do not have a minimum for pvp events orthe new syndicate ltq but participation is mandatory. We also communicate onpalringo as a team to give advice and any info we have. Palringo is mandatory so downloading and using it to contact us is the preferred way of communication. We have a very understanding leader who willtake into account if there is something going on In your life that prevents you from participation but battle events are mandatory and will be monitored.
