That's very much true I guess. It'd make sense for Gree to keep the clouds the top 10 guilds receive exclusive so that the rewards are more fair to those guilds that had worked hard for it, instead of letting everyone fuse for it/ get it in chests.

I agree that as far as Gree goes, fairness and logic are not their strengths. That being said - I still think that it will not be released or fusable simply because they are working to push other epics out. Maybe by the time they release cloud like in the bkal+ event, it would have been an obsolete armor in the face of other more powerful armors.

also can anyone confirm if + version of armor is required for certain combinations or just a better chance

The + version doesn't change results or open up new fusions. As to the spreadsheet, I have no idea, sorry

I have seen someone in the arena with 2 cloudrange; I'm assuming the only way thats possible is by way of fusion?

During the first guild wars, Gree apparently gave out 2 cloudranges by mistake to certain people.

My guess is they'll use the same prizes on Android guild war 1 as on iOS guild war 1, then release Cloud to a chest 1 or 2 weeks after that and make it fusable...
