Fuzing Armors Results Thread

Has anyone fused SS+ and AotIL+? What have your results been? Not trying to scroll through 125 pages if you know what I mean!

Both have earth, so can't fuse.
I've seen a varied mix from 2 star junk to good 4 stars like Combustion reported for bigger four fusion...

What can I use to fuse up some swamp shaman robes? Im not a fan of the place and would like to try to make a set so I can up it and only have to craft a plus version and get out of there faster.
I tried to read the sheets but I just dont understand.
What should I fuse for the highest chance at it?

Probably a very difficult fuse. There are something like 9 earth/water armors, among them Snakeskin.
Using commons/uncommons of earth and water, you probably end up with Snakeskin.
Fusing Spectral and Infernal might get it.
Or you can move on further to Kingdom of Darkness Epic stage where drop rates seem a bit better...
Kraken is the first monster there, so you can probably do a "defeat the Kraken, flee, start another stage/location to reset KoD Epic, immediately flee there, go to KoD Epic and defeat the Kraken, flee etc." routine there.

Dont do this. You will end up to farm again and need to collect other 20's of roots, feathers, iron chunks and jewels to complete quests. You can do it in a couple of days, i did it in a week.

Combined Phyrus and Notus for Combustion Armor!

Kind of curious but what kind of results would I expect if i fuse Aegis of the fallen with an Air Armor boost?
I know it's kind of a throwaway, but what level of armor do you think would be expected?

I'm trying to get a Combustion, I only have Phyrus and no Notus sadly.

It's always not a good idea to fuse a legendary with a lower grade armor. U'll get plenty of heartaches

Hmm alright, thanks for the save! Furthermore, mono legendaries are preferable yea? Like a mono fire and mono air to get combustion or would a Fire/Anything + Air/Anything (both legendaries) have the same possible yield?

AFAIK level of the resulting armor is average of the levels of the source armors and that's the only effect levels have.

@Biskmatar: mono gives the fusion fewer options to pick from.
The system seems to work like this:
A/B + C/D -> most likely A/C , A/D , B/C or B/D or small chance of A, B, C or D
A/B + C -> most likely A/C or B/C or small chance of A, B or C
A + C -> most likely A/C or small chance of A or C

No, it does not affect your chances of getting a better armor. It only affects the level of the resulting armor.
