But, using your analogy of the bar. In all cases it was the waitress who was at fault. I, as the customer, was hoping to receive a less clumsy waitress. It didn't happen though. Should I Be punished or should the waitress?
If it was the clumsy waitress's fault each time, yes, you'd get the beer. Or, maybe you should protect your beer when the waitress is around.

I try to give the benefit of the doubt in the case of the guest, but if the guest is being stupid and causing it, I won't do it.
