Maybe it was taken out of context. My apologies. And yeah, its questionable, but it happens all the time in games. WoW is down consistently every couple weeks. There is a patch rolling out in less than 2 weeks and I can almost guarantee that the servers will be down for "extended maintenance" while they fix all the things their test servers didn't.

Have to disagree. We're talking about a Multi-million dollar company here and not just some small scale business. People are paying tons of money for this game, thus have the right to vent out anger and complain.
But yeah, hard for your guild RR to grasp since the majority of you can play decently compare to the majority of us out there. And don't come telling me you have less than half of your guild also who can play, because I'd plainly tell you in your face it's a bull. Now if you excuse us, go back and suck it up elsewhere.

Yep, GREE owes me something, now. I bought 30 gems to refil my War Energy because we're having an intense close war right now, and I tap the FIGHT button to fight someone, and, well, the game crashes. I get back in to fight and it used that one War Energy that I was going to use to fight. That happened twice in a row. >_< Waste o' money.
You know, I'd be perfectly fine with like 20 free gems. I remember this old game I used to play, Tiny Tower, and they had a similar thing to gems, just called bux. The game was down for a day or so and having tons of issues, and after it was all fixed, the company gave every player some bux for our troubles. Big business or small business, it doesn't matter. You're talking ethics, on how they "should" do something. I run a multi-million dollar bar business. I know all about what I "should" do when the proverbial sh!t hits the fan. But does that mean I owe every Tom, ****, and Harry something when I run out of a certain beer or a menu item? No. I never say anywhere in my menu we guarantee everything will be available at all hours. Much like this game. Did they promise everything would be bug free at all times? No.
You DO have the right to vent in anger, much like angry patrons that may come to my bar, Yes. But like them, just because you are angry or have previously bought beer or spent money in my bar (buying gems for whatever), doesn't mean you deserve anything in return, or compensation, like many are asking for, when something goes wrong. Sure, I MIGHT do something to compensate you. Maybe give you a better glass of wine since the one you ordered is out. But to be a prick and demand that I give it to you... nope, not in my bar.
In my business, as well as many others, you are able to vent frustrations. Vent away, and let me decide how to handle it. But when people continue to flame said frustrations and start demanding things for compensation, and you lose any bargaining power you had in the first place, because you come off looking like a prick.
Would a roll-back fix anything? Sure, but there won't be an easy fix to roll back time while bosses are still up, etc. Will bosses come out on thursdays now? Will new arena's come out on fridays? Maybe GREE has a plan for these and that is why they hold them on certain days. For those that are able to play it IS fair. For those not, it IS unfair. I do not disagree. But it is also unfair to take away any progress of those that haven't had (as many) issues as other have just for the sake of "oh, I can't play... " There is no blanket fix when some can participate/play and others can't.
And Mark, please tell me how you can prove that we have more than half of our guild able to play? That would be lovely to know, since I can tell you myself, that at max I've seen 10, maybe 12 people contribute in GW. Also, I'd like for you to tell me to my face its bull. In fact, why not start another troll post on how you know so much about other guilds and who is cheating. I'd love to see that again. Magically you know so much about everyone else. How is that? Why not put up a post about that?

LOL! Oh King Mark... I'm one of the (more than) half of RR that can't get in... You seem awfully certain for someone that clearly has no idea what he is talking about. Mind you, the ignorant are also often the most confident in their beliefs.
The sad truth is that a few very determined members of RR have had to carry the rest of us. Thankfully, we have some great peeps at the helm. I think I will send an iTunes code as a small gesture of thanks.

Did i tell you we won every fight with 1-10 people? Half of RR can't even play the game. Why would all of RR be able to play while other people have issues?
The fact that we win every fight with a small amount of people means that we are truly dedicated. And yes, gems have been spent... Actually we have been asking ourselves howmany points we would have if all our members (and more gem spenders) would be able to contribute in guild wars.

1. GREE do not owe anyone anything, you complain about buying gems to refill you war energy which was lost because of the bug, or use your brain and don't waste your money buying war energy lolol.

You are right, Gree owes us nothing but to use the bar example...if a bar doesnt have the drinks or food i came for i will go to another bar the next time if im not offered other food/drinks. So in Grees case im anxious to see if they offer a compensation or just risk loosing customers.

No question you guys are doing well so far and congratulations to you. We may have made it more interesting if most of our top players could play. I am equally frustrated being a leader of our guild and yet unable to even play. When it is all said and done, I am still pleased that we can get both centurion guilds in the top 10 hopefully allowing 70+ players to get a good prize. Hope to face you again when we are both at full strength. Should be epic!
