[Guild Wars iOS] War of the Heavens

The game used to only crash when I tried opening the Guild Battle, but now I can't even get into the game. GREE you're wasting my time, epic energy, arena energy, Guild battle energy, HP to fight in game normally, and so forth and so on. Please deal with this issue.

Hey all, it's getting late, but we're still deep in investigating this.

Getting late? I don't care if it's 4 days from now and it's still not working... when a company puts out a POS update such as this, they should be working round the clock with as many resources as possible to get the damn thing fixed. Instead of "investigating", how about doing something! When less than 25% of players can play the game, there is a BIG problem. Here's a suggestion made by many... TURN OFF GUILD WARS AND ALL ASSOCIATED POPUPS! THEN BRING IT BACK TO YOUR BETA SERVERS AND "INVESTIGATE" ALL YOU WANT! My 13 TFs are maxed and I can't collect. My EE is maxed and I can't fight the boss. My AE is maxed and I can't battle. My 4 current epic boss armors plus my BKal+ are sitting in the armory not getting leveled. I can't farm. I can't run DP Castle and continue leveling. I can't contribute to my guild. I can't chat with my guildies. I can't add to or complete guild quests. I CAN'T DO A F**KING THING. At the moment, we're requesting everyone restart their devices, possibly minimizing the apps running in the background and starting your device up fresh. Remember restart and don't just close out apps in the background. See if that helps, and if you run into another crash give it another restart. I've received reports that this has worked for some, not all, but a definite start.

Definite start to what? A glitch of a glitch by restarting? We all have said that sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn't. Those people you heard from probably were at the coincidental 5% time when it actually loaded up after restarting the phone. It's not a fix if it "worked for some, not all".

So to humor GREE, open K&D, crash! restart phone, open K&D, crash! shut down app, restart phone, crash! shut down app, uninstall, restart phone, re-download K&D, load and wait for required update, open crash! Restart phone, open K&D, crash!

Definitely not how we wanted to kick the start of Guild Wars off, but it's not how you start the race, it's how you finish. Hopefully that's true in this case.

Yea its probably just to resource heavy. Or the script screwed it up somehow, since it really shouldn't be that heavy.

It has a lot of trouble loading everything and thus crashes none stop. Only full guilds if I click on ''members'' crash too. Probably show its a resource/heavy data load problem./ Though I dont know ish about coding xD

This sucks. Insta-turn off guild wards, refund the Gems if possible and compensate I'd say.

I was all excited last night for the guild war to start, but then i got all very disappointed and ruined my whole day even if it was still morning finding out that the game crashes every time i tried to open guild war tab menu. It's just... was.. so..very..disappointing. And i'm even a guild master, i'm letting my guild members down. Im gonna be very frustrated and pissed if the war finishes without fixing this bug.

But I hope you guys fix it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I don't wanna blame anyone...yet. ^^

As much as I hate to admit and say this, I think it's fair for all the players especially the majority who have been affected by this unforeseen circumstance of crashes, bugs, glitch or whatever you call it, to call for a "TOTAL ROLL BACK" as to where things before the GW was. Let this nearly a day of GW be like a test run for everyone. This is just rather fair since this GW is a huge thing for all/most guilds and players.

I agree, I cannot even craft any armor and try to get all 4 of my dragon armor up to 35 before event ends because the game crashes right after I start a new craft. I WANT COMPENSATION, not just a roll back. And what pisses me off more than anything is when were have a concern and there is no response from the company at all, at least they could say they are working on it and will have it fixed ASAP.

Eight hours in and still completely unplayable, so not only have I missed out on the first day of guild wars i've also lost 4 epic boss kills, and over 2k arena points. Training fields are almost at max so once that happens then all the gold after that will also be a waste. If we don't get reimbursed for this ****, I more then likely will be hanging up K&D for good.

To reiterate Deavus' problem,

I agree. For some people, it is unfair that others are winning wars smoothly while some are just sitting down swearing and staring at the game crashing every time. This is uncalled for and unfair to others. Rollback is the best solution for the majority.

Totally agree with Mark and Gree should make the announcement asap to minimize the rollback frustrations.

Well I can't even play. It crashes before it can even load all the way. I was really excited for the Guild wars to happen but I can't even take a look at the game let alone guild wars. This is horrible and needs to be corrected as soon as possible.

This is just awful. Other guilds are ripping us apart while only one or two of our members can even get into the game. EPIC FAIL.

Where does a slutty knight go to get recruited for a different guild? Mine isn't active and if I stuck with them I don't think I'd ever place above 3k.

I'm level >100 (so, maxed personal stats) and have a good stable of maxed boss+ armors. Plus I play too much.

Msg our guild leader in Evolve with your armours and training ground set ups. Hopefully we will have 1 to 2 spots open if we level up fast. We are very active as you can see from the guild wars ranking.

So i was just in a battle, used some gems to refill my energy bar and all of a sudden i got a pop up saying i got a 25 energy boost, (couldnt use it cause almost at the same time the 60mins were up n the game crashed again);
So now i dont have that 25 energy boost,

So my Q is whether or not anybody ever had the same pop up? Stating u got an energy boost
