1. The best way to Level Level 50 Armors is use 4 Uncommon armors for enhancement, each set of 4 will give you one level.
2. Rares change to their last appearance at Lv 25
3. That depends on where your progress in story is at the moment.

It's all about luck. It either drops crimson scales or hydra scales, with crimson scales probably having a higher drop rate. You probably just hit a bad luck streak, nothing wrong with the game.

So the fact that you've gotten hydra scales shows that it is in no way broken. You're just in for a streak of bad luck, you'll get it eventually.

i got a quest where i need 13 hydra scales and craft 1 hydra armor.
i got 8 hydra scales from the hydra and 6 from the tournament so i was able to craft it.

after that another quest appeared where i need 10 more hydra scales and craft another hydra armor.

still sitting at 0/10.

i guess ill be waiting 1 month to finish that quest

If you think that is hard, wait until you need to farm 36 infernal chunks to create an Infernal+ armor.

In actuality, the best place to farm hydra scale is Misty Marsh (2 stages after Caballero Desert) where 3 hydra scales drop almost everytime you defeat the Kraken

If you think you have it hard, try farming roots, takes damn months trying to get 36 of them, one for regular and one for plus. Gree needs to increase the drop rate by 2% at least and i dont care if any of you agree or not.

2 percent? it needs to be increased by 15%- 25%

When you leave a guild and join another guild, do you buy the boost armor from level 1 or
from where you left?

That's sort of too high there buddy, would be too easy, 2% makes a huge difference and is enough. Roots are just being an a** and so will infernal chunks when i get there. Gree really loves to make challengingly low drop rates and make their players rage quit, yeah that's good business gree.
