    Gree; really need your help with ticket #754386.
    This was an unsuccesful transfer by a Gree employee on 8/10. This resulted in an account being lost. Haven't heard back from Gree since their error. Can someone please read the ticket thread and get this issue corrected prior to war?

    I am the owner of the account that was lost. I have 3 KA accounts and requested to have 2 of those accounts swapped on my devices. All the information is provided in the thread. Please correct ASAP. I thank you in advance for your prompt attention to resolving this issue.

    Can I expect this to be resolved today? I sent a PM to CJ54 on 8/13 that has not been read yet.

    I also have a ticket that I've sent all the information for and really would appreciate it to be setup to transfer.

    I'm missing the guild fights and i'm our protector!!!

    Please please, look into the ticket #800642

    Game transfer went completely wrong and I haven't been able to play the game at all since 12th of August.

    I've been sending follow up emails everyday, but nothing happened.
