I currently dont have any LTB's and not buying this one as collection time sucks (for me at least) so thats why im wondering if i should buy some of those buildings or just upgrade nightclub/buy LTBs

To clarify what I mean by more weight on ROI...
I have these 2 similar upgrades to do:
Shiner Still to L4 - ROI - 80 / $$/Hr/Hr - 3,254
No Interest to L2 - ROI - 57 / $$/Hr/Hr - 3,055
Given these 2 upgrades, Shiner Still is the best upgrade based on time, while No Interest Savings is better ROI...disregarding No Interests great higher level upgrades, I'd still choose No Interest first right now.

Well clearly there is a difference of opinions....
I find some of these buildings are very good secondary/tertiary upgrades...they will never be a priority and will probably hang around L2-L5 forever, but I still think they can be useful. I just think you always want to be upgrading, and if you focus exclusively on the top10-12 buildings, you can't accomplish this.

Just curious why you believe this is the best building in the game. Is it because your IPH is high enough that you can get it to 10. Or is it because few people could rob it anyway at your def? I'm buying both (as I do every LTB) but with a 20 hr collection time, eventually, I'll be asleep and wont be able to collect it and have the potential to have it robbed every single day.

See my post above, with Baldie's high income and two 30% off upgrade reduction, savings almost becomes a non-issue.
So, as a result, he exclusively looks for highest $$/Hr/Hr (bump in IpH per hour of upgrade time)...I believe this buidling is #1 in that category.

This is great point...for anyone who uses spreadsheets for their economy it's very simple to adjust your collection. If you only collect 2.4 NCs / day, put it a collection time of 10 hrs or enter 60% of the income. If you are only going to collect this building 1 day robbed, then 3 days clean, then let it sit and collect robbed at night again. That's 3.4 over 4 days (or 4.8 collections). So if you can do this that's still (3.4 / 4.8) 70% of the income you are collecting, that's better then the 60% many do with NCs....

I got a problem with people who cheats and harass you, The story goes I get robbed by the same person and he said add me to your mob list so you wont get robbed, I add him, few hours later he robbed me again I looked at empire times-News it shows he robbed me and I looked at my Mob friend list it shows he still in my mob friends list, and hour later he robbed me again! he still on friend list! If he wants to Rob me he has to remove me off the Mob friend list in order to rob me, How he get back on the list it would have to show Request on menu to accept him as a friend somehow he found a way to bypass this!?? I send a message to Gree that somehow he cheated and dont play fairly, He needs to be banned for like in the world of sports saying Unsportsmanlike Conduct. I kept him in my mob to show gree the evidence! Somehow he harassed me and he somehow cheated! If people cant play fairly they need to be banned!
you can attack/rob people in your mafia, only people you can't attack/rob are peeps in your syndicate. Have you tried buying henchmen to beef up your stats?
