Is there a page to check on ticket statuses? I bought a gold vault 2 days ago and did not get the gold, ticket filed 2 days ago, no response and no gold yet.

Thanks for any info. have Support Ticket number but can't find page to lookup status or edit info.

My group was just talking about maximum items. They told me 25 pcs of a single item is maximum boost for your stats.
Never heard anything like that. And i'm not talking about lvl5

They're wrong. It's technically possible to outfit your mafia with just 1 type of item per category. I've been using 225 of the same item for months now.

Who all here is annoyed when going to a hood to rob it only to find that the buildings cannot be robed even though there's a banner above them and/or losing a rob attempt to one of those same buildings even when your attack is 200, 300, or even 400K above their defense????

Having massive probs with the game and no response from Gree. After trying to log on to the game whilst on holiday in France I seem to have ruined the game. I currently have 35 buildings upgrading at present even though some were already at the max and then at least 5 of my buildings are now currently rebuilding!!!! I cannot collect from any of these therefore and losing out on roughly 3 million a day and can't build the new building because of others building at the same time. So frustrated. Anyone got any ideas.

Because the time on your device has changed relative to time on server (most likely a result of you manually changing when going to a new time zone) your hood has been nerfed - it's a response to people cheating. Other posters on the forum have indicated that sending tickets about this item can't get it resolved, as yet.

It depends what you mean by "powerful". If you want 100k stats, then yes you can easily get them using events and completely ignoring your hood. If you want to be powerful relative to your rivals, however, you'll sooner or later want to get LTBs upgraded.
Also, as a new player any (legitimate) syndicate you join will more than likely require donations in order to purchase syndicate upgrades.

Yes, if you are in an unfortunate matchup you can lose well over $100m in an hour.

best to just save the cash and use it on the next loft upgrade

What level are you?

If you are above L70, I'd say build 2 upscales, get your Lofts to L5, MTs to L7, then you will be able to save for a NC in no time....

If you have the space, and are only looking at 12 / 24 / 48...Internet Company, Magic Playhouse are ok, but are definitely not priorities...and if you will be able to collect 6 hrs, Comedy Clubs are ok, but again, not a priority...I build these type of buildings, when I have time and space to do so...they pay for themselves quickly (15-25 days) so, it's not a waste of money, and I feel every bit helps, especially when you are in the beginning stages of buildings your income...But definitely focus on the above buildings first, as they will build your IpH the fastest...

or yeah, and Crematoriums, look ok at L1, but because of their long upgrade times, you might take them to L2 or L3 eventually, but will probably never progress any further then that, so these are low priority buildings...

And always be upgrading something...even if it's a house or t-shirt stand or whatever...
